DISCRIMINATION! Absolutely terrible experience we arrived down stairs @ 8:15 but a large party that DID NOT have a reservation was already at the counter. They proceeded to take time to find a table for said party which pushed us past our 15 minute grace period for a reservation. Once we approached the counter we were told our reservation had been released but we did have a secondary reservation @ 10pm the gentleman asked if we could be seated now vs waiting and he said they told him yes and we were sent upstairs. At the check in upstairs we were told to wait a FEW minutes mind you all other parties arriving with or without reservation were being seated immediately. We proceeded to wait for 25 mins before asking if we would be seated and were basically told they were waiting for our 10pm reservation to seat us. In no way is 1hr 45 mins equivalent to a FEW minutes and furthermore they should have never agreed for us to be sent upstairs if there was no table available. Come to find out the tables were available and they then proceed to tell us that if the seat us now they require us to leave by 10 pm.Which was the original reservation plan!!!! We were treated completely rude and felt disrespected. We were visiting for a friends birthday and this was the venue of her choosing, 4 persons in our party ordered food drinks. The website states that they will only split checks for 5 or less yet the still refused to split our check for the four parties who ordered. To say the least this establishment treated us poorly. Highly overrated. We made a reservation and still waited 20 mins before being seated. They acted like they didn’t expect us to show up for the reservation that I confirmed the night before. We also sat for 2 hours before all of our meals came out. 3 people out of our party never received their meals. Finally, the waitress decided to tell us our meals were delivered to the wrong table after we had been here over 2 hours. 3 out of 12 girls fell asleep in their chairs BECAUSE WE WERE WAITING SO LONG they got tired obviously!!!!! I’m sad I chose to come here on my bachelorette party because it was a huge disappointment. The poke bowl was absolutely amazing, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service. The waitress did not care about us. She was getting her 20% gratuity either way. She seemed kind until the end when she refused to give us 4 of the sushi rolls we had waited 3 hours for (she did bring 1 out and claim that was all of them). But no worries, this one sushi roll was on the house for our 3 hour wait, guys! Also just fill up our water!!!! Act like you care. The wind was terrible and they refused to close a blind that could have slowed the wind down!
