Austin Convention Center Parking — Local services in Austin

As mentioned in other reviews, the area is extremely narrow. That was really not my problem since I have a medium size car. The problem I had was that the guy inside the booth would not even turn around for five seconds to help me get in because my credit card would not be read. I had hit the call button and someone answered in a very strange voice like I was bothering them. He then transferred the call to the guy inside the booth who then turned around and said the gates up just drive in. I said no, I want a ticket because I don’t think it read my credit card he ….. he looked at me smugly and said, just drive ahead and I’ll get you on the way out. This has been my go-to parking in Austin for years now on day trips with work. I've seen people complain it's narrow - I used to have a Honda Pilot - no issue, and no worse than many of the parking garages I've used. It's cheaper than most options nearby, in a great location that's easy to get in and out of. Has always had sufficient parking (I used to park there 3-4 times a week, driving up from Houston). Great place to park for the bats! Only $10 max!!! Safe, well lit areas on all floors. Safe walk to and from the bats. If you want to see the Wonder Woman mural walking to the bats, you'll have to go down the opposite side of the bridge going to the bats. Can't see her on the bat side.
