This is really unfortunate because this was one of my favorite bars to go to before concerts…. The only bartender working @ 6p on 3/2 - she was white with dirty blonde hair - was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was taking my 2 friends in from out of town to give them the “Las Perlas Experience”. The bartender asked for our IDs, so we gave them to her. She asked for each of our zip codes, so we told her. She said “be careful with these” and we were like “what do you mean, these are real IDs” She then took our orders and even charged my friend for a beverage. Then said “actually I’m not serving you”. We were caught very off guard and asked her why this was the case. I even told her “this is heartbreaking because I love this bar, and wanted to have a couple drinks with my friends, that was our plan.” She continued to give us a TERRIBLE attitude and ended up kicking us out. We are all 23 & 24 and were accused of being under age. Super unfortunate situation and I definitely won’t be back any time soon. Please do better because she falsely accused us & had horrible customer...

2x for subpar service I've at the bar, from different bartenders. Yes the place is cute, yes the food in the back is tasty, the music can be on point as well at times, but the service just puts you in a bad mood.

Not to mention they use these massive old fashioned / rocks glasses with big blocked ice, that prompts cocktails to be served almost HALF FULL (See both pictures, two different times). I get the 'reasoning' behind it, it just looks bad. Not sure why the business owner(s) haven't adjusted that, I know I would.

Overall decent place to visit, just gotta have the patience of an elephant to deal with the bartenders.

Pros: Happy Hour everyday (I believe), huge array of mezcales, great outdoor patio, easy access to...

Las Perlas, seven grand and whatever places that are in this building is absolutely amazing. I am a very informative drinker who loves tequila with a wonderful and condensed tequila bar. The only bar I saw that had my favorite Cascahuin Blanco. The tacos there are absolutely delicious so much so that I had 2 rounds of tacos. My favorite part was Ozgur in the rum bar, who I could tell shares my passion for spirits and cocktails, and he was a great reference for me in the Austin area. Even though it was raining cats and dogs, it was busy enough to engage with other guests, but overall, the staff was very interactive and very friendly even the chef was incredibly nice. So thumbs up to...

Banderra shots are my go to here. Mezcal or Tequila they both go down smooth.

it is a whole vibe from the entrance to the back of the patio I was in love! Gave me flashbacks of Puerto Rico and now I just want to go back 😩 It's definitely a intimate atmosphere especially on the patio tucked away under bananal eaf plants & tall bamboo trees 😍 The main reason we made it out was to support @ Besitos chamoy because Las perlas rolled out a new Summer drink! Watermelon Margarita rimmed with Pickle Chamoy! They use Fresh Watermelon juice to make their Margarita 🍹😋 it was delicious! If you go you have to try it! It's like a must! They also have 3 bars which serves different alcohols so no worries they have what you like to drink 😉😜
