Placed an order through their app for this location, which finalized and I chose to pick it up in the drive thru. Simple enough, considering I do this 1-4 times a week at other locations, one would think... Wrong.
They checked me in and verified my name when I gave them my order number, but when I got to the window, they accused me of canceling my order AFTER I paid in the app, which is not possible to my knowledge without going through a lengthy back and forth process with customer support via the app... she then called back another lady because she said my order magically disappeared off her screen after she checked me in. They refused to give me my order that I paid for and told me that I could place another order at the window, despite me having the proof of purchase on the app and in my email, or I could drive all the way back the next day with my printed out bank statement to argue with their manager. I even handed them my phone so they could patch through THEIR OWN APP, but they still continued to be extremely rude and accused me of cheating them out of money; I decided that dealing with them wasn't worth the ~$5 I wasted since I had been arguing with them for 5 minutes or longer at this point and they began complaining that they had another car behind me.
After all this, I left feedback through the app and the manager responded with a condescending retort implying that I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to place a mobile app order even though I regularly do so with absolutely no issue whether I dine in or get to go via the drive thru or parking spots. I actually think the woman who tried to check me in did so incorrectly and was too proud to own up to it. I've never felt so disrespected after needing to correct an order that was cold because they waited for fries to finish cooking. I only have a 30-minute lunch break. I would have canceled the fries if I knew how long this would take.
11:05 am should have fresh lunch. Cold 20 nuggets (with 1 BBQ sauce) and 2 McDoubles made wrong with 1 of my 3 made correct (ketchup only). No ketchup for my fries after I requested some. The disrespect came when I turned around after waiting 10 minutes for my food. (That means 15 minutes left on my break).
I wait inside for almost 5 minutes, as a Doordarshan comes in behind me and gets service immediately. As the young man turns to get the door dash order, he ignores me, telling him I was first and need 2 McDoubles only ketchup. I now have less than 10 minutes to get back to work.
I exclaimed I needed a manager and a crew member got the attention of the young man who ignored me twice now. Without looking at me he yells for me to wait a moment. As he continues to pack a bag of an order for the drive through. I left before talking to him, with less then 5 minutes to get back to work. I'll never go back there.

She doesn’t say hi, she doesn’t smile, she opens the window and hands you your food, closes the window and walks off. I’ve had to honk at her to get her attention to come back to the window because she forgot to give me my water. She rudely told me I had to pay for it, when I told her I did she rolled her eyes at me and closed the window. She had someone else come to give me the water. I asked to speak to a manager because this is not the first time she has treated me rudely. The manager doesn’t speak English and has someone else tell me sorry and it will never happen again.
