Yes, I'm basing my review on my last visit... I went thru the Starbuck's drive thru this morning... Waited in line and when I ordered my large iced caramel macchiato with 4 shots and extra ice i was told that this drink would cost me $7.09. Yesterday and for weeks before that the same drink cost $6.66. Today's drink was costing me 43 cents more. I continued to wait in line... Because you can't leave a Starbuck's drive thru in any location I've been to... They have the drive thru lines that only allow you to go forward...And when I got to the window I asked about the price. "Did the price go up?" I asked and the clerk said " It must have... They don't tell us these things". I thought... I understand a price increase... A few cents, perhaps... But 43 cents in one day? I was not upset with the 3 clerks at the window listening to my question about the price but when I said " That price increase is too high so go ahead and cancel my order." And as I pulled off I said "Goodbye Starbucks" and one of the clerk's yelled out the window. "GOODBYE!". My opinion is that Starbuck's has gotten so big and have grown so fast that they have forgotten how to treat the customer. I called back the store a few minutes later to express how unprofessional I found it for a clerk to tell sarcastic remarks to disgruntled customers and I was asked if there was anything he could do to regain my business. I said no. I'm not calling to get anything free and I wasn't even agitated nor did I cop an attitude with any of them. I simply believe that customers should be treated with respect and if a customer disagrees with company changes or price increases then just empathize with the customer and leave it alone. I will never again visit this Starbuck's because of the rude sarcasm as I ended my visit. I will also not be supporting any Starbuck's because of the large price increase. Your coffee is...
Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks and inadvertently left my wallet on the counter while collecting my mobile order. When I realized what I had done, I called and spoke with the shift leader. She kindly informed me that she'd secured it and placed it in their safe, assuring me it would remain untouched until I returned. However, upon retrieval, I discovered several hundred dollars in cash was missing.
Attempts to rectify the situation were utterly disappointing. I reached out to the store manager, Nicklaus, multiple times with no response. It took considerable effort to finally communicate with the regional manager, Brittany. After explaining the ordeal, I hoped for a swift resolution, perhaps by reviewing the in-store security footage. However, notwithstanding multiple attempts to contact her again for an update, days of silence followed. Brittany eventually responded, citing too much time had elapsed to review the footage, effectively dismissing my concerns.
While the initial oversight was mine, the level of indifference and lack of urgency displayed by the management was astonishing. I had hoped my belongings would be secure in the hands of a trusted brand. Alas, I was mistaken. Their dismissive approach to such a significant issue raises questions about their integrity. For potential patrons of this establishment, be warned: if you value transparency, responsiveness, and trustworthiness in a business, you might want to think twice before visiting...
Read moreI typically have great service here, but make sure if you order after 8pm you only use the drive thru, because that’s when the lobby closes (and customers are unwelcome inside regardless of the door being open).
Please start putting a sign about when the lobby closes if the door is going to be unlocked! Starbucks management- you can 1000% prevent this frustrating situation from ruining your baristas and your customers nights.
I always order in the app and go inside, but tonight one of the baristas was so upset with me for coming in, it made me feel horrible about being a customer here… all because their lobby was closed (despite there being no way for customers to know that). I came in 8/31 at 8:45 to pick up an in store order I sent through on the app at 8:15. There was no indication that the lobby was closed in the app so I ordered for pick up inside as usual, and there was no sign in the window or indication that the lobby was closed on the door. (The door was unlocked for the truck unloading which was explained to me once I got inside to grab my order).
I really think the situation could’ve been handled differently and I’m left feeling like I’m a bad person because I went in to get my order not knowing it would piss the baristas off… please put a sign on your door about when the lobby closes so your baristas don’t have to get frustrated with customers who don’t...
