I already left a review, about Chili's restaurants. But I was strolling through, east side, where I pulled up a picture of Chili's. Yummy yummy, for the tummy. I just love this place. We celebrated, my mother's, and his son's birthday, blessed Sunday. Everything is so delicious there. The service is top-of-the-line. They receive you very kindly. Thursday Sports Bar. His and hers bathroom. Falsely quick, to accommodate, disabled customers. Lots and lots of parking. Oh boy I'm getting hungry. LOL. I didn't have to take care of some things early in the morning, I would head over for a quick snack. I just can't stay out of that place. It is great, for large parties, events, and celebrations. Just make sure, to call two or 3 hours before. So you won't have any wait time. And they will be prepared, to receive your group. And for my fellow drinkers. It's buy one get one free drinks. Isn't that nice???. The views, are great. Lots of windows, at this restaurant. If you never have been to a Chili's, but you need to visit one. I promise you, as soon as you walk in, the delicious smell of the foods that make there, will hit you oh, and your palate. LOL. But very very true. Management is always top of the line. Service, the tables, is quick and efficient. Please do not forget to tip. This is what they live on. You will be more than happy to take them out good. Because the service is always good I have never experienced a bad server. At all of the Chili locations stores, that we have visited. You need to try out their fajita plate. It comes with steak, grilled chicken, rice, black beans. Shrimps as well, if you desire. Lots and lots of grilled red pepper green peppers and onions. Their mashed potatoes are awesome. Then you get three slices come of heated, fajita bread rolled up in aluminum foil to keep them warm, as you enjoy your meal and utilize them. You also receive a plate with sour cream shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, and chopped tomatoes and onions. Very tasty. Oh boy I better stop. I just said dinner an hour ago, but I'm getting very hungry, just talkin about this place. I can actually smell the killer food that they have there. As I am writing this review. The deserts are great. If you are celebrating someone's birthday. You can get up, and talk privately, to a server, and they will bring over whatever type of dessert you want with a candle. And they will sing Happy Birthday to whoever is celebrating a birthday, or anniversary, etc etc. I tell you this is such an enjoyable place I have nothing bad to say about Chili's. I would have to lie and invent some. But I don't do that. Which is why I have over 10,000 followers. I am brutally honest. And I always keep in mind, not to offend anyone. Without any malice this is the way I write my reviews. Very detailed, and to the point. Well I think I've covered everything. David Lawrence signing out. Will be back online early tomorrow morning, with new and refreshing reviews. For now enjoy your evening, and I hope I was very helpful. Also feel free to ask any questions or concerns that you may have. Send them to me, I will...
Read moreSo I haven't been here in a while, but I've been coming here for many many years and it used to be good or at least decent every time. Witch as of recently the restaurant went downhill tremendously.
I came in and orderd an appetizer and it was disgusting. Then I ordered the southern smokehouse burger and it was missing the blossom petals, pickles, bacon and even the barbecue sauce. Also on top of it the burger was very bland, tasteless and wasn't that good at all. Upon telling the server about these issues she didn't seem to care or want to do anything about it in the slightest bit. My friend ordered some type of bowl and it was very good and appetizing though.
I came back another time shortly after to give it a second chance. Upon doing so I ordered the smokehouse combo and it was disgusting and I couldn't eat any of it. The meat was very low quality, old, and didn't even look like meat (I don't even know what it was), it looked fake, nasty and I couldn't eat any of it and that was that. I was with a few other people and each person had a problem with their food and didn't want to eat it as well. Then I even started feeling nauseous in my stomach with only a few bites of the smokehouse combo. Even while I was eating I started feeling like that because of the bad food.
On top of it one of the times we had to wait 10 minutes for the hostess to even show up to the hostess booth when there was plenty of tables and booths available and we would've been seated immediately. There were servers and I believe even the hostess themself seeing us waiting, but they never came to us or even said word to us.
Honestly this is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. They honestly need to hire servers that care about doing their job, especially when the restaurant no matter whose fault it is (the server or the kitchen) messed up on an order for no reason. On top of it they need people that is competent in the kitchen that knows when food is no longer good to serve (management should also be doing a double check on it as well) because they're bringing out food that is not fresh in any capacity and the meat doesn't even look like meat(for the Smokehouse combo). It's something that I wouldn't even feed to wild animals lol. Then it seems like the cooks in the kitchen can't cook if their life depended on it, so I would maybe hire cooks that are competent to do the job correctly as well.
Both times I still gave the server a good tip even though the service at least the 1st time was horrible overall, and then 2nd time (and 1st time as well) the kitchen was not good at all in any capacity...
Read moreIt’s very unusual for me to write reviews but here I go, I was at Chili last night with my friend and everything was okay. Though, this blonde short hair lady with thin (the shape of the glasses) glasses was not so good helping us with the food, while she was helping other table with the drinks on her hand it let my friend drink on the floor because she wasn’t careful with it and her cup was sticky. The time we got there wasn’t a busy day, and we wanted to leave badly, so I had to go to the front just to get the box for my friend from her leftovers because we waited for awhileeee for her to go to our table just to ask for a box, and also waited for awhile to just ask for her to get the machine to pay to work because it wasn’t before. When she came back with the machine and she left, we split the check because she is my friend and we always do it, and out of no where the lady our pops up to our table and get my friend card to “help” just to put it on the machine even though she never asked for help. I was so done from there (who even get the card from someone’s hand without permission?) that she did not deserve a tip, and she got confused because once my friend took it out her card because she didn’t know we split the check. When we said it for her, she was sad on a very sad voice “oh ok” and it was my turn to pay and when I did not put tip because I was mad then, she said “why? Did I do something wrong?” I know how the pay machine works and never in my life I had people ask this kind of questions… I didn’t like that at all. Also, I have been there last week and there is so much difference with this blonde lady and another lady that helped us from last week, it was a very busy day at Chili and she got us everything we needed, always checking on us if we also needed something, plus she was super professional that deserved a tip, I forgot her name but...
