Update 12/10/23:
Despite Domino's reply 6 months ago that they had just gotten access to their reviews, nothing has changed. Their "free pizza" compensation is an inadequate response. I'd be happier if they'd fix the quality problem instead. Most recently I ordered a pizza with ham, mushrooms, green peppers, and extra sauce. There was a meager amount of the ordered toppings haphazardly distributed. Instead of extra sauce there was almost no sauce at all. There was also a fair quantity of pineapple which wasn't ordered. This store doesn't care about quality at all. I've had much better Domino's pizza at the Colorado stores in Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, and Grand Junction. Those stores are likely owned by different franchisees. Domino's should institute a corporate quality monitoring and improvement program. Don't bother offering me a 20% discount coupon. I can get similar discounts using your online ordering coupons so your offer is disingenuous. Fix your product quality instead please.

This store is subpar in the Domino's chain. They skimp on the toppings. The pizzas are haphazardly constructed. The quality of your pizza differs depending on who makes it. Read moreThis place is horrible, my girlfriend and myself called and placed an order with this location, we spoke with Kassandra the store manger we placed our order and informed her that the last order we place was delivered to us COLD and we tipped the driver and have recipits to prove it; she took it upon herself to provide a credit right before we was about to give her the credit card number. The driver Quinton comes to our door yelling and causing a scene telling our neighbors that someone in our unit was trying to get free food, he allegeded we were lairs etc. And how many times he has delivered to our unit and received no tip; and yes he hasn’t because he is very rude all the time.
I reached out to the store spoke with Chris a manager who was yelling at me on the phone and disrespectful, hung up in my face numerous of times. I applied for a job at this location and the store manager who placed my order texted me from her person phone about the jobs days before I reached out to her and she told me I was out of line for reaching out to her and hung up had the police call my phone. We still have not reached eaten the food, but I am gonna have my attorney all over this matter! Don’t place an order leave the store and have your employee in front of my door...
Read moreWe were on a road trip through the Rockies and my friend was not feeling well. All she wanted was BBQ Wings from Dominos. I ordered two types of wings. One for her and one for me. When I arrived at the store, my order was brought to my car and the wings for her were hot wings, not BBQ. I took them back into the store and they told me they would have to remake them. Two things. I ordered two things and they were both quite simple. I asked for a refund. The store manager told me he could only give me a credit. I said fine, give me a credit back to my app where I ordered. He agreed, gave me a credit, and showed me the screen showing the credit. While my food got cold, I waited for her order to be remade and checked my app. I told the manager I wasn't seeing the credit. He said it would show up. The screen showed the credit as a coupon. I got back home, still didn't see the credit, contacted Dominos, and corporate tells me the credit is only good at the Avon store. Really?? Liars! I live in Arizona.
