Went there today to get lunch with my son and at first glance things looked ok.I ordered Efo Riro and an extra pounded yam,a watermelon cucumber lemon aid and meat pocket.My son got the salmon bowl and the same drink.It took almost an hour for the food to be ready and we just stopped in for the first time.I spent over $70 and to be honest really not impressed with my experience.The meat pocket was very underwhelming.The meat lacked flavor and the outside was doughie.The girl didn’t ring it up at first and I had to pay again separate from the original order.After I asked how much longer after it being just a few minutes shy of an hour,my good came out.I checked my bag and found that the extra pounded yam wasn’t present,so please be sure to check your bag before you leave.When I got home I also found out when opening the food that I was given Egusi when I asked for Efo Riro.These are 2 different dishes.I’m really disappointed as this is my first time.I don’t think I will...

Incredibly disappointed with the service here tonight. It was my first time trying them out. My staff and I ordered a big order, over 100 of food. Ordering and even adding to the order was easy through the app. However, once the food arrived, two of us had issues with the order. One double cheeseburger was sent with double cheese instead of the double patty she paid for. My pizza had almost 5 dollars worth of upgrades and was sent with none of them. We prepaid through the app. Mount Vernon’s response was to say I could get another pizza or I could get a refund the next day. I was happy to accept another pizza. Then I get a return call to say they’re closing. No new pizza. No refund. I had to go through the app to get the order fixed and I STILL did not get all my money back. From the moment we stepped inside Posi's, we knew we would be in for a treat. The decor was sophisticated and chic, with warm lighting creating a welcoming atmosphere. The attentive service was impeccable. Our server, Ola, was incredibly welcoming and offered a contagious smile from the moment we walked in. But the food itself stole the show. The meat pie was absolutely fantastic, with a buttery, flaky crust and a warm, seasoned beef filling. We also devoured the shawarma, where the perfectly seasoned beef practically melted in the mouth, and the jollof, which had a wonderful smoky flavor that perfectly complemented the umami of the roasted chicken.
