Very disappointed in my experience at Chipotle today. Service was not great. Staff seemed to hate being at work. Not pleasant at all except for the cashier who was wonderful. Shout out to Christopher. They were out of black beans, fajita vegetables, guacamole. Instead of waiting for more black beans to be brought out they just but maybe 6 in my bowl. I ordered 4 bowls. The rice amount was extremely inconsistent. 1 bowl had a huge amount of rice, another was barely half. Then they were out of the things above mentioned- the fajita vegetables and the guac. Very frustrating. And when I voiced concern the girl filling the bowls just looked up at me like I was speaking a different language. It was lunchtime for goodness sake! There was a huge line. Don't ever leave reviews places, after moving to WV recently I have tried this locations 2 times now. From a former manager at a Chipotle for 5 years I can say this is the worst I have seen the company. Burritos are poorly thrown together their portions sizes are horribly off (4oz of everything except sauces are the correct amount not a massive clump of rice) Cut sizes on the onions and other vegetables are too big so you get weird mouthfuls. The chips I ordered today were so salty I threw them away after 2 chips (they need to wipe the bowl they toss them in more frequently).
