Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bath Township

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The manager is absolutely terrible and so mean. I could never imagine working with a woman like that. Along with that, most employees talked horrible about us after a simple mistake. The manager DID NOT lock the door, and we came in at around 11 o'clock at night to order a dine in. (also a friend had to go to the bathroom.) there was one employee who kindly told us they were closed and the door being opened was an accident, but he would not kick us out bc they don't believe in that. and he was so kind. My friend and her mom went to the bathroom, and the manager and another employee were sitting in different stalls gossiping. The kind employee knocked on the door, and she screamed at him, stomping out of the restroom. then sassily telling us how the dine in was closed. she then stomped back into the restroom to gossip again. my FEMALE friends went to the men's restroom to avoid her horrible attitude, which DISGUSTED the manager. Then she gossiped with the other dive in workers about how annoying we were, and while there were 10 cars in the drive thru, none of them were doing anything. THEN they gave us all the wrong food in the drive thru!! NEVER EVER...

When I walked in there was only one person in front of me and he was waiting for his order. There were 4 females and 1 male working that I could see. The male was making food, but the 4 females were gathered together looking at their phones. At first I was ignored but eventually my order was taken by one of the ladies who immediately returned to the group. The client who was in front of me informed me he had been waiting for over 6 minutes for his 4 tacos. About 2 minutes later he received his food and left. The service was ridiculously slow and the work area a mess. There were cups, napkins, and sauce packets on the floor by the drive thru and the staff was simply walking around them. I was literally there for 9 minutes until I received my food. There was absolutely no urgency on the part of the staff and it was very frustrating as the customer to see that. It should never take 9 minutes to receive an order with only 1 person in line before you. I will not be returning to this location and I feel and for the 1 young man who wad working with 4 ladies who...

We pulled into the drive thru and sat there without a greeting. We waited 5 minutes before anyone had said anything to us. Finally, a gentleman asked what we wanted with a tone that made it seem like we inconvenienced him. Ordered four food items, then he keyed one in wrong. We corrected him and he gave us our total. We weren't done ordering. So we finalized our order and pulled up to the window. Once we got to the window, he told us the total and held his hand out for payment. We paid, got the card back, said thank you while he said nothing. He shut the window, turned area and made our drinks. Once he opened the window, he handed us our drinks and food without saying a single word. After we checked our food, we noticed we never got a receipt.

So, we were never greeted, inturupted, got treated like we were a problem, never thanked and not given the opportunity to voice my problem via the survey. Honestly tired of the rude and lazy employees here. Either they are extremely rude or mess up the order .

But hey, at least my order was right, tonight One...
