I came to the drive thru line at 9:25 pm tonight. My son and I waited in the line for 20 minutes to finally get to the speaker and waited 7 more minutes to be met with a rude and nasty employee that barely wanted to take our order! Finally got to the window and it's a black, young female with hot pink hair and extremely dirty looking that yanked my debit card out my hand. I was not rude to her not one time but I assume because it's late they didn't want to take anymore orders. This is not my fault! Keep in mind once I got to the 2nd window to a black manager she did not say one word but gave me 2 drinks and we had to wait 11 more minutes for our order. The manager finally came with the food and did not apologize for the wait nor the rude staff that she can hear talking awful to ppl on the loud speaker! I was the only person waiting this long for a meal they was forced to make since I paid my money. Drove around the building and there is a line of ppl with a car seating at the speaker..instead of someone simply saying the restaurant is closed you decide not to say anything. Its about 4 workers in the building including pink hair, manager, a boy or girl that was standing there scratching their head and pulling trash probably to come back inside not wash their hands to go back and make ppls food and drinks! Got home and the quarter pounder meal was cold including my child's stale, hard nugget meal. Fries awful! When I received my order, I checked again before leaving to confirm there was no brown sugar. She said she didn't know, so I asked her why she didn't say that when I ordered. Of course, she had already turned her back to me by then. I just assumed the answer was because she's incompetent.
Some ponce in a white shirt (I guess that means he's in "management") popped off to me that they hadn't had oatmeal without sugar in years. I advised him that it was on their app as a menu option, and if that was so, it should have been told to me when I was ordering-- Not after he's taken my money. Instead of offering to process my refund or give me an exchange, he continued to blow me off and turned his back to me while repeating they hadn't had it in years like a broken record.
I ordered what I did for someone who can't care for themselves and who can't have tons of sugar. If I had been given the information I should have been provided with from the start, I would have known to go somewhere else instead of wasting my time and money this morning on something that can't even be eaten by the person who ordered it.

Pulled up to window 2 because my water with no ice was loaded with ice. Tasted fries again and told the insolent cow of a manager once again and she told me she dumped them straight from the basket which had no salt.The more I tasted the more I ate salt. I drove back around to the first window and ask the young lady to feel the salt on my finger in which she felt. She then questioned my not requesting no salt. I advised I did and my receipt stated. She checked and saw that I had. She requested that I pull to window 2 again. Gave them the fries. I was given half of a fry to discover Hot fries were placed on top the fries I gave back and given the same salty fries. No apology, just thrown my bag. This isn't the first time this location screwed up my order and treated me unfairly but it will be the last. The first time I asked for lemonade and given iced tea. The same rude manager cow told me I asked for tea and would change my drink. She simply tasted the lemonade cost more. Your menu doesn't state that. She is a lying dishonest heifer.
