Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Bay City

I love Jimmy John’s, and I am on the road for work quite a bit, so there’s usually one on every route. I mean, it’s a chain, so while it’s delicious, it’s pretty much the same across the board. However, I stopped at the one in my own town, Bay City, today, and couldn’t have been more impressed. They must’ve had just gotten a large catering order or something, and they needed to bake more bread. It seriously, wouldn’t have been a noticeable hang up at all. The bread was done literally in a few minutes. They even asked if anyone needed their sandwiches immediately, and could go to wheat. They kept apologizing profusely for the wait, and like I said, I didn’t even notice I was waiting! They gave the 4 of us in line our pick of a free cookie and all of the staff were just were so amazing. This place is unbelievable I'm literally 1.5 mi away and they said that's out of their delivery zone even though I'm inside of Bay City I spoke with Kylie and she was very rude about it immediately looking for a reason to not deliver some sandwiches and then Darien the manager had no explanation whatsoever why they would deliver all the way down to the end of to center Ave to people at the FIA what they would not deliver to me nowand to be perfectly honest with you their sandwiches are rather small and not very filling and they don't have that many options that you can't get pretty much anywhere else I'm not ordering from there ever again and I would not recommend it...

Managed to forget make half of my order, even after I called to ask to see if it was ready as the site wasn't updating. I walk in and all of the employees but one were gossiping and obviously not able to pay attention to their job or customers. When I mentioned I was missing half of my food, they acted like I was annoying them and putting them out, after I called to verify it was ready. The next day the owner calls me and says he obviously cares about customer service but couldn't even apologize and instead acted like what I said was incorrect. Absolutely absurd...
