When we arrived everyone was looking at us like we didn't belong we were the only blacks in the store that were customers they didn't speak but spoke to everyone eles they were all fair skin and was nice to them /greeted them at the door the 1 worker gentlemen of color/heavyset was whispering after we came in looking and starring at us with a nasty look he made sure he didn't help on top of this being our first time trying J.M we told the lady and she was ok but she kinda rushed off and didn't really tell us what we can get or how they can do thing and than they were cooking my sandwich with some one eles but gave them there's before mines when me and my mother ordered before him I had to ask them why didn't I get my food and he got his when they could have told me they messes up my meat because the oregano top fell off and a spilled & pow oregano all on my meat and they didn't say nothing until I'm kept waiting and watch them give the person behind me there food and they didn't even try to compensate me for messing up my food they wouldn't have said anything if I didn't ask and than they all put on fake smiles after looking at us funny and teddy was staring and looking at us funny the whole time we were waiting and than was fake ok when I paid for our food they didn't even give me a apologies I would like corporate to reach out because we felt very uncomfortable but I couldn't just turn around because we got a Uber from xenia this was overall bad experience for our first time made us not want to come back to this specific location in beavercreek on 3510...
Read moreSo unfortunately I have to give 2 stars simply for terrible customer service ! The guy slicing meat is great ,friendly and very fast . The guy ringing up customers was great , friendly and fast . However the girl adding condiments ,lettuce and whatnot was so rude, ignorant and nasty I can't even say what I want to in my review. Because of her rude behavior this Jersey Mike's os in my top 10 of worst customer service ever . She should not really even be working with the public ! I would put names with the employees but they don't have name tags . I'm taking a guess they don't so if they do something wrong you can't give a name . I hope a manager reads this and goes back to check the schedule so she can be retrained in customer service. Due to this terrible incident I can say I will probably either go out of my way to a different Jersey Mike's or another establishment all together ! So sad because the sandwiches are usually good but the awful service will overshadow that . This is not the first time this type of customer service has occurred here ! I will also follow up with management tomorrow and corporate because it is a regular occurring thing here . Time of service was around 7:45 p.m. 10/14/2021 ! Read more1/25/2024 Went inside to place a to go order at 8pm , only two of us we both got regular subs. The lady with pink hair who was slicing meats/cheese asked what we wanted to order, he told her then I told her. I tried to tell her I wanted different items on my sub & she cut me off and told me to tell them down there at the end ( even tho it was about the cheese ). Nothing said or asked about the bread types she just gave us whatever, then proceeded to the lady behind us and asked her what type she’d like. At the pay counter, we paid and told him we would like American instead of provolone on the Italian. He went down and told her, she walks over to the cooler from the counter, slams the lid up grabs the cheese, slams the lid back down & proceeded to give dirty looks the rest the time we waited. When they dressed the sandwich, there was no condiments out so I didn’t wanna ask for any at that point.
