I began coming to this location since they opened. Had previously been going to the 185th location. I swear between the 2 locations in near 8 years of being a patron, used to be under another name, only a handful of times was my order correct. In the last several months they have continued raising prices. Finally got to the point that I said enough is enough and stopped going all together. Just far too much frustration with sorry service and inconsistency to continue spending money with Victorico’s. This was largely due to the specially burrito pricing and nachos. How can other brick and mortar establishments charge $10 for a protein based nacho and Vitorico’s charge $18??? The question stands. Other establishments with their pricing offer more protein for less $ and have in my opinion significantly higher quality. Ridiculous spending $14+ on a burrito smaller than a babies forearm.
I’ve taken my business back out to Hillsboro for considerably higher quality and more authentic Mexican food with realistic prices. Victorico’s is now a ticking time bomb and obviously just eeking by. No matter your justification for charging what you do for the absolute sub par product you’re selling, it’s just a disgrace.
I’m easily able to justify the extra time and cost spent driving to Hillsboro for significantly higher quality and lower prices. Hint: if other places are able to produce high quality with lower prices AND get the order right every single time YOU are doing something wrong.
Color me extremely disappointed as years back for what you provided the price and frustration of incompetence was acceptable. Now with your sit down prices and low quality you are nearing extinction. I’ll await whomever replaces this Cedar Hills location and hope for...
Read moreSaturday night after a long day at work. It was dark out. I pulled up to the drive through and started to debate what I was going to order. Soon I heard someone try my passenger side door and then knock on the window. At first I thought it was a worker, but then I saw this guy had multiple scary tattoos in his neck and face. He strongly asked if I could get him some fries. I did not roll down my passenger side window, but my window was down as I had been ready to place my order. Finally the guy disappeared and I started getting nervous he may approach my driver side window so I told the intercom that I would pull up to his window to place an order. The employee asked my immediately when I got up to the window "what do you want to get". I told him he had a pan handler back when I was trying to order. The guy looked back in that direction and then didn't say anything about that and shrugged his shoulders like he really didn't care, he again asked so are you going to get something. I was surprised he was treating the situation like that. I said you know he is harassing your customers right. He said do you want something or not. I said I think the right response would be I'm sorry about that or I will call the police, because that was scary. The employee mumbled "I'm sorry, now what do you want."
It was then I felt like the employee could care less about me as a paying customer. I told him I would just go somewhere else..
The area at the drive through is very dark. If my door had not been locked who knows what would have happened. Because of this experience and lack of concern from the employees, I will not be back to...
Read moreThe little guy that always is at the drive thru taking orders, is always* rude for no reason. We always tip him, but he always seems like he doesn’t want to be there and having a bad day. Today was probably the last day going. He got the order wrong and was mad when we nicely came in thinking we were just missing the burrito. At the window he asked me if I had the carne asada fries, I said yes thinking he was just saying half the order. Apparently I didn’t hear him say with sour cream- which I don’t think he did, but felt the need to make it a big deal. Anyways we were super nice about it but he proceeded to talk down to us for no reason. Sadly I still tipped him and I regret it bc like for what? Hopefully the cooks get some of that bc it’s not his service I’m tipping for. We spend about $200 here a month and have been dealing with the attitude bc we like the food. I’m not gonna spend money where I’m getting treated like this for no reason. I don’t understand why he is allowed to work the drive thru- I know I’m not the only one looking at all the reviews on him. Like cook if you can’t be nice to people. Esp when it was your mistake in the first place.
I didn’t even care about the fact I paid for Beans and lettuce, but didn’t get it in my burrito. Since I am making this review and was talked down too- I might as well add...
