We are staying at the hotel in the same building as this coffee shop with family as a Christmas gift for our loved ones. My husband went downstairs to order coffee and breakfast. He came back to our room saying the customer service is some of the worst ever and he cannot understand why they would ever allow such a business to exist in this high end building. My husband puts up with a lot and never complains so if he says he was treated extremely rudely, it must have been even worse than he described. Also, my husband is always kind to people and I know he treated the employees here nicely regardless of receiving rude treatment in return. Having owned two restaurants myself I know how important it is to treat your customers kindly. This is unacceptable and we will not be back. It’s sad because the coffee was actually okay tasting and we live in this town. I was hoping to have found a new coffee shop to frequent. This will definitely not...
Read moreOn March 1st, I ordered a Turkish Latte in the morning, and the taste was tart. I took a couple of sips and I couldn't handle the taste. I took the latte back up to the counter to talk with the barista, and I told her that I didn’t like to taste of my latte. She then spoke to another young lady who I believe was maybe a shift manager, and I explained to her what my thoughts were about the latte. I gave her back the latte they made for me a couple of minutes earlier and asked her to pour it out. So, I donated 9 dollars for a 16 oz Turkish latte with soy. I would rate my experience a 0 if I could, but I have to give them 1 star. I blame ownership for hiring someone to mange a store with poor customer service skills. I shared my experience with the Hyatt staff and they were apologetic to...
Read more0 stars. Came in ordered my food. Was told "oh we don't take cash" what kind of business are you guys running here? Do yall wanna make money or not? So moronic. Also staff was just sitting there talking to eachother, it took them 5 minutes to take my order and they kept trying to avoid me as long as possible. Go across the street to starbucks instead, it's cheaper and better.

Is cash just worthless now? Time to just use it a kindling? You're in a place where all your customers are just travelling, you know how many sales you miss out on over such a dumb policy? Know...
