The consistently horribly long wait while you work up to ordering wouldn't be so bad if they communicated what was happening, had product in stock, provided any nominal amount of customer service, and made drinks worth the wait.
Every time I've visited I've spent 15-20+ minutes in line, just to make it to the register to find out they're out of Tapioca Boba balls; There's no reason why they can't communicate this to customers as they enter the building, or to put a sign on the door.
Aside from this, all three times I've visited my drink has been subpar (one time completely wrong, one time left on the counter 5+/- minutes waiting for someone to put on the special seal lid, and the other time just disappointing) and overall, not worth the cost.
I wanted to give this place one last shot today, but the same theme emerged: waited just about 20minutes, finally made it to the register to only then find out there were no tapioca boba balls, only this time I decided not to wait the additional 15 minutes for them to make more... this is a Bubble Tea shop.. where they make their boba, so waiting until you've been out of stock before making more is both poor customer service and poor business.
