The Barrel Room Event Space at UPP Liquids — Restaurant in Bend

We held our Honeymoon Wedding at The Barrel Room at UPP Liquids, and it was absolutely perfect. Our host, Tempest, and her team were incredible to work with from start to finish. Planning from another state could have been stressful, but her communication made everything seamless.

Every recommendation she made—seating arrangement, stage setup, A/V, photo areas—was spot on. On the night of the wedding, she and her team even rearranged the room twice to create amazing flow between the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. Tempest herself was outstanding during the ceremony as well, stepping in as DJ and handling A/V with ease. She kept everything running smoothly, and even turned the music up at just the right moment when we walked off stage, making it all feel extra celebratory.

The venue itself is such a fun space. We loved the loft/balcony (which made for stunning photos), the big open main area with a private bar, and the patios, pinball, and brewery photo opportunities that added to the experience. The beer was incredible—even by Bend standards—and the open bar included delicious mocktails as well. The Bride’s drink of the night, a spicy cucumber margarita, was a huge hit, and our guests also loved the food (tacos) that paired perfectly with the evening.

From the moment our in-laws suggested inviting our entire wedding guest list to the rehearsal dinner, my mind was swirling with concerns about the feasibility and cost. The thought of finding a venue that could comfortably accommodate 50-75 guests seemed daunting. However, everything changed when my mom recommended Immersion Brewing.

My initial call to Immersion Brewing was met with warmth and enthusiasm, particularly from Kate and Alyssa. Their confidence and helpfulness immediately alleviated my worries. Not only did they offer to handle the food and beverages, but their pricing was surprisingly reasonable, defying all my expectations.

The planning process was seamless, thanks to the diligent efforts of Kate, Alyssa, and the entire Immersion Brewing team. They were accommodating, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our rehearsal dinner was a memorable event.

The venue itself was perfect, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complemented our celebration. The quality of service, coupled with the delectable food and drinks, made for an unforgettable evening.

We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 followed by a Welcome party for our out of town guests.

The Barrel room was the perfect central location with lots to do before and after.

We brought in our own tableware and decor , but they will provide . The food was surprisingly yummy for a buffet. The apps were pretty and plentiful . The desserts were bigger than expected and delicious.

Makynna and Abigail had a keen attention to detail . The bar tender( I forgot his name ) was great , up beat , knowledgeable and accommodating .

Tables were taken down quickly to accommodate for new people coming to the welcome party . The outdoor space with couches and high tops made for an inviting cocktail party .

They offered to keep the decor through Sunday so we could continue with our guests and not worry about moving boxes to the car. The marquis was a fun place to showcase a poster size pic of the couple . They added a congratulations message to their chalkboard.
