So this is my first time making a review but my experience here bothered me so much that i had to leave a review. I served my country, (infantry at that) and yet people that look like me still get treated so weird and disrespectfully. I can understand a predominantly white town, but if i order 60+ dollars worth of food and i come to pick it up, after telling me it’s going to take the food 45 minutes to make, as i get there there’s 2 families inside eating and i see my order on the oven with the two pizzas and wings. I’m knocked and I’m motioning someone to open the door and even did the “i called on the phone” gesture and they just looked at me like i was crazy. I had to wait 10 minutes for a family to finish eating and once i got there i asked what was the big deal? “What do you mean?” “I was outside knocking and you and the woman over there along with the families inside just stared at me” “what do you mean?” again I asked him straight up, did you even want to serve us? “What do you mean” obviously i must be in a place that doesn’t speak English or maybe I’m just not speaking clear English, but for those that look like me, i wouldn’t waste your time. I wish something else was open at the time but you get what...
Read moreI am giving this place one star due to a bad customer service experience with one of their employees. I ordered a pepperoni pizza to go and did not realize that they had given me someone else’s pizza until we had arrived to our Airbnb. I called to inform them of the error and the young lady who picked up immediately told me she was aware that they had made a mistake and I could either go pickup my pizza which was still sitting there or I could get a refund. Since there was no way my son was eating a Hawaiian pizza with jalapeños I told her that I would drive back to pick it up. Once I returned I spoke to the same lady and told her that I was there to pick up my pizza. She asked me if I had brought back the incorrect pizza and when I said no, she rudely asked “well what did you do with it?!” And told me I had to go and get it in order for her to give me my order. I told her I was not about to do that and requested to speak to a manager. She stated that there was no manager and walked in to the kitchen and told the cook in Spanish that I was refusing to pay for my pizza. I told them both that I spoke Spanish and they could come speak to me directly. They ended up giving me my pizza after that but it was such a...
Read moreThe food used to be good a couple of decades ago, and my husband and I would frequent it often when we lived up the mountain. It's obviously/understandably changed owners since then.
The parking situation is a nightmare. The small lot in the front primarily consists of Tesla charging stations, and when we went, almost all the other spots were taken by Tesla drivers waiting for a station to open up. We had to circle around the block a few times before we got lucky and snagged a spot.
The food was reminiscent of low-quality school cafeteria food. One of the pizzas we ordered was burnt, and the other was undercooked. One had alfredo sauce, the other tomato sauce, and both were terribly bland. I don't know how anyone could possibly make a bland tomato sauce, but they managed to. I fully expected pre-made chicken tenders, but ours were tiny and bland (shocking) like everything else. You'd be better off sticking to the frozen aisle at the...
