This place is nowhere near a suite ambience. When we walked in, it smelled like bleach which made me think, oh good! They must really do a good job cleaning their rooms. I was sooooo wrong. The desk had dust on top and the other counter was dirty as well. It had some kind of pink stuff on it, possibly make up. Luckily I had some clorox wipes and wiped a few things down. There was a hair in the tub from previous guests.
The shower turned on out of nowhere on its own as well and scared the s@&$ out of us. It turned off and on all night long. There was no way to turn it off. Just to clarify that it was off when we walked in the room, and hours later it started to go off and on.
And also, we didn’t have hot water from when I was told when I checked in, it would be running in a hour, which it wasn’t. When I went back down to the lobby, I was told to give it more time. We never had hot shower during our stay. We weren't able to shower.
The smoke detector was missing, and there was a hole in the ceiling.
There was tagging on the ceiling.
Please don't waste your money or time here. You will regret it.

THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! ROB THE MANAGER SENT ME A TEXT 20 MIN INTO CHECKING IN TELLING ME TO STOP STOMPING AROUND BECAUSE HE HAS A 10 MONTH YEAR OLD BABY IN THE ROOM WE WERE WAKING THE BABY UP SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE NOT OUR PROBLEM THE BUILDING IS OLD AND YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING! IT WAS 33 DEGREES AND OUR HEATER WAS NOT WORKING!!! WE TOLD HIM ABOUT IT AND HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK IT AND NEVER DID! HE ACTUALLY IGNORED US A WEEK LATER AND STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM ADMIN FOR A REFUND NOR ANYONE! THE SHEETS ARE DISGUSTING HAIRS ALL OVER ALONG WITH STAINS. HAIRS IN THE BATHROOM NOTHING WORKS BUT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU LIKE YOU ARE STAYING IN A LUXURY SWEET! Worst family vacation stay ever!!! 10-1-23 kids were very sad. lose of sleep. Bed was filthy like they just sanitized it. Extra blanket was coved in hair and stains. **Worst part was the construction remodel that was being done above my room from two to 10 o’clock at night. Woke up my kids on several occasions it rained that week end so we were stuck in our hotel room. We had talked to the staff at the front desk she had stopped lasted about an hour, and then it continued on till 10 o’clock at night . very inconsiderate. than I was quoted one price for the Room look on my bank statement and they charged me more.
