I went in there today At 11:30 Ami was very disappointed because the girl behind the counter she was kind of thin tall she had kinda like Sandy blond hair that was kind of down to her shoulders anyway ask her to put some mocha in my and I ordered a Americana and she didn't do it he thought I said milk I make sure what I told her in I was very disappointed and a when I looked at her she looked dumbfounded in a civil case start with him but mocha in milk Is 2 different words but they both start with oems and I sit I'm sorry that I want back in to talk to I think she was more interesting on being on her phone Check in her messages I think that that's what happens they get distracted by what's going on instead of Pan attention to the customer it was a very bad experience from Monday in having my 1st cup coffee I've been there before because I stayed at the resort behind their in the city this was a good place this I stopped in their last night in everything was fine but this morning was terrible they have the wrong people in there they don't have people watching over him even messed up with the cup and had deported another one my coffee was lukewarm wasn't even really hot So that's my difficult have to think twice if I go back to big fellow Irwin after having a bad experience I guess it's hard for them to find good help because there's a lot of for help signs around the I guess are having a hard time keeping help finding good help like they say were customers we pay for staff and we want what we get and if you can't handle it you got the wrong people there so sooner or later businesses take a hit it's a shame how things it's got It's Hard to get good...

Pretty disappointed with the experience over all. I came here because review show crepes and I was craving something sweet. When I arrived, there was no line but a guy working the register was closing it out and asked me to wait. Not a problem. Then a line started forming and he decided to leave and go next door to the liquor store and get more milk for lattes. Okay fine, places run out of what they need sometimes, understandable. Now the line is out the door and another lady comes to take my order but let’s me know that any food orders will be a TWO HOUR WAIT TIME?!?!? Once again i was first in line. There were three people working. I am someone who has pretty good patience but there’s no way I’m waiting two hours for a crepe. So I ordered a coffee and hot chocolate. The coffee was fine, nothing amazing. The hot chocolate was cold. And the only reason I went there was for crepes and I did not get that. I’m not sure if this is normal but I was definitely disappointed with the experience over all. Especially because there are other cut coffee shops within walking distance that I could have went to much...

We were looking for a place to get breakfast. We just happen to drive by the tea and coffee exchange so we thought we would give it a try. I've never seen it before. I'm gonna tell you next time I will not go into this place. The service was horrendous. The two girls were working behind the counter were so pissed off. You could tell they did not want to be thereEvery time we ask them a question about something on the menu they would look at us and say just read the menu so we ended up getting a strawberry banana banana Nutella crêpe, which tasted fairly OK we got a ham and cheese croissant. I had asked if we could just do egg whites on that and she said no why would we, we got a caramel apple crêpe and that came out a little soggy they do give you a ton of food. The crêpes are gigantic, but the service was terrible. The food was not that good. There are so many better places to eat. I guess the overall best part about this place is the fact that you could sit outside and eat your breakfast and that there was absolutely no...

I was so excited to visit a local coffee shop and not Starbucks. I bought a latte and an apple croissant. The apple croissant was so terrible that it ruined my experience. It was like an uncooked dough w apple inside. For $4, this should be a fluffy croissant w apple. I asked the staff if this was baked today. She said it was kept refrigerated for freshness, not yes or no. She did not offer to get me another fresh one. For sure, there is nothing fresh about it. I am heading to the Copper Q and check out their pastries.

This was my first time and it was a great experience. The staff was patient with a first timer like me and had plenty of suggestions. I went with their recommendation and had a Pirates booty Ice tea. Tasted great and all their teas are loose leaf so they are sugar free. Perfect for me. Bonus Tesla super chargers are right outside. So next time your in Big Bear and want to charge, stop by. You won’t regret it. I know I didn’t.

It was great my boyfriend and i, road all threw wrightwood, to sh18 to big bear on Thanksgiving. It was very cold on our bikes our hands where frozen. It was below freezing all the way there. But he got a spicy apple cider and i got a pumpkin latte, and it was soul food to our freezing bodies. The synic route was wonderful to explore and experience. The ride was over 11hrs. The down hills where great.
