Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge — Restaurant in Black Mountain

Im really leaving this review for Vinny. I have literally never had a service employee be nicer to me. Immediately friendly, seemed very happy to be there and knew every question we could have. A natural at people skills. Probably the sweetest treat in the whole shop! Vinny is the bomb!

Lovely little chocolate shop. Could be my imagination, but I feel like the prices are more reasonable than the kilwins in the cities (alpharetta/atlanta). Got plenty of chocolate for me and my wife for about 15 bucks. Would recommend to anyone in the area. I didnt try the ice cream, but it also looked great and plenty of people had some. There is a local ice cream shop i would prefer to give business...

My husband and I stopped in during our vacation last week. I own a chocolate store, so I always like to stop in to try others. We didn't get chocolate but I did purchase a couple of pralines and we both had ice cream in a waffle cone. It was very good and my husband is still talking about it. Being from the south, I'm pretty picky about pralines. These were good, but had a little different flavor that I didn't like as well as those in Louisiana or Mississippi. Not enough vanilla maybe. We would definitely go back for the ice cream. I can tell you, that based on their prices, I need to raise mine. They are about 3 times...

Worst excuse for a chocolate shake I've ever had. It was closer to milk soup than a milk shake. I immediately turned around and went back inside to bring it to their attention and the young lady just shrugged and said they don't have a return policy. I say young because of the 5 people behind the counter, none looked old enough to have a driver's license. It's not their fault they've never been trained how to handle this situation so I opted to just leave and not ruin her day. I likely won't be back, but if I do I'll definitely taste test the finished product before handing...
