This store is awful!

They should be boycotted and ultimately shut down! I’ll never go back.

I always feel bad for and am kind to the fast food places that are slow, and have grumpy workers, if they are working hard and are just frustrated at being understaffed. THAT is understandable and they deserve our patience.

What’s NOT ok is when you go to Wing stop, and they’re laughing in the back, hardly working, laughing AT customers, being rude to people at the counter, and taking forever on just a couple orders at a time. Every time I’m there, there are only a couple people waiting at a time, but it takes them 40 minutes to make two orders.

I walked in, the lady, as always, rudely yells, “pickin up or placin?!” I say, “I’m picking up a door dash.” “For who?!” “JJ” She rips off the top page of the fill out clipboard and shoves it in my direction, never saying a word.

Then abruptly walks away to the back and I never see her at the counter again.

Another guy ran counter the rest of the time. I fill out the clipboard and sit down where I always sit. No one ever says JJ’s order is ready, no one ever asks me whose order I’m waiting for, nothing. SEVENTY minutes later, after I noticed a couple people getting their orders ahead of me, I walk up to the counter and ask if a doordash for JJ is ready. The guy immediately reaches right for it sitting on a shelf behind him, as if he knew I would ask for it and right where it was.

I was so upset on the inside, but just said quietly, “Aw man, how long was it sitting there?? That’s gonna stink for the customer.” And he says “i dunno! You should’ve spoken up I can’t see you from here!” I was sitting right in front of the counter on the provided bench where I ALWAYS sit and he was standing right there looking at me for a LONG time.

They’re always super slow and jerky, but this never happened before.

The door dash customer’s food was so cold for them, and looking at past reviews, everyone has similar experiences with food quality and service.

Was there for the first time yesterday to pick up a Doordash order. I was genuinely appalled by the HORRIBLE customer service that was displayed by the woman behind the counter. I have never experienced anything like that before so I felt compelled to write this review...

There was a long wait (as many of the other reviews state the food is made to order so that's slightly understandable). However, the way she treated every customer was completely uncalled for. I stood and witnessed it all for a good 20 minutes. She was rude to everybody so at least you knew you weren't being discriminated against. She introduced herself by asking loudly "Who all still in my lobby??" instead of a simple "Hello, how can I help you?".....I witnessed her snapping her fingers at a customer as they were giving their order to her, as if they were moving too slow for her. The funny thing about it, there was still a 20-30 minute wait so what exactly was the rushing for? You still slow! I get we all have bad days but judging by these other reviews, this is not her first time making customers and Doordashers feel unwanted.

I would avoid this place at all cost until she either fixes her attitude or finds a better position for her. It was very evident she does NOT like customer service or the food industry. Would not want her making my food and I felt sorry for the Doordash order that it was since she made that with lots of anger and frustration. We all know good food is made...

Danyetta is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever come across when getting food. Right off the bat she was disrespectful to me, along with each of my friends after me. Even to her coworkers! I can’t imagine having to work alongside that. She was passive aggressive in her responses and I felt rushed taking me order. I was even too scared to ask for napkins to avoid whatever rude remark she’d respond with. Me and all of the other customers she was serving were completely kind to her so I don’t know why she felt the need to ruin our experience here. Also wish there was a seating area to sit at a table with my meal and eat, but I understand this is a smaller location. My original hot wings were quite dry and did not have enough sauce on them. Thankfully the ranch was able to cover for that. I ordered lemon pepper seasoning for my fries and either they messed it up and gave me regular fries, or they were really stingy with the amount because I couldn’t taste it. My friends were done correctly though and tasted good. Fries were delicious still but wish mine had what I asked for. The Korean bone less wings were delicious! I will be coming back for those as soon as I know that lady is GONE. What...
