A great new, upscale, and much-needed addition to Blowing Rock's restaurant portfolio. The menu is not extensive but it's varied and has a balanced mix of protein options. There are new twists on familiar local and regional entree items so you'll find something comfortable, yet new (e.g. the turkey meatloaf.). The roasted brussel sprout appetizer was great - very flavorful, not too dense but not dry either.
It was busy when we were there but the staff was attentive and accommodating, even with last minute seating changes.
The location is very convenient (1/2 block from the US-221/321 intersection but kind of easy to miss too without a mapping app. There's a city parking deck 2 blocks away but the valet is probably a better option given...

Stood at the bar for 10 mins waiting for someone to help us, only to be told by another patron that he had to beg the bartender to make him a drink (might I add it was a ghost town in the building) It was the opening night event and couldn’t bother to at minimum come over to let us know we won’t be served. Many workers walked by, clearly seeing us waiting, but nothing- particularly one women who seemed to be in charge. We vacation to Blowing Rock a few times a year annually and never experienced that. They don’t value the Blowing Rock reputation....

We had the Burrata and shrimp tacos to start and split the short rib pappardelle — all super tasty. The Austin Hope wine was a steal at $12 per glass. Paige served us at the bar and was wonderful....
