Subway — Restaurant in Boise

I was there for dinner with my son and nephew. We used a subway coupon to get 3 footling subs for about 18 dollars. They made the subs good which is normally hard to get them to make them accurately. They tasted delicious. I got the steak sub my son got the spicy Italian and my nephew got the cold cut combo sub. I almost didn't order there because it looked like they were out of most the breads and the dining area was filthy. Before I ordered I was there looking at the app and we were the only ones there and the 2 employees were hanging out in the back room. Not sure if they were working or just hanging out. I figured one of them should have at least came out and wiped down the tables. All the tables had crumbs and/or trash on them. The floor was sticky like soda had been spilled and there was crumbs and trash on the floor. The lady that was working told me I should go sit down while waiting for my sub since I ordered online. I told her I'd like to stand. I like to watch my sub being made so I know my sandwich is made correctly and if it isn't I can say something before they have to just remake the whole sandwich. The lady repeated it another time but I repeated I'm good I'll stand here. I felt like she didn't want me to watch her make my sandwich. They did do an awesome job on Not drenching my sandwich with sauces so can't complain too much. I don't know if I just came in after a rush of people left or if they weren't very motivated to clean but they almost lost a customer because of how dirty the dining area was. There is a lady that works there weekday afternoons that not only is rude but also never makes the sandwiches or wraps correctly. Several times now she has made my wrap wrong and also is training other employees in the store to make the food incorrectly. When I mentioned that a wrap comes with the same amount of meat that a footlong does, as the menu states, she was snappy and rude. She said that I didn't know what goes on the wrap and that I was wrong. She also will handle cash and coins with her gloves on and then go back to making sandwiches, that is sooooo unsanitary and disgusting. It was super busy but I asked if she could wash her hands and put new gloves on and she completely ignored me and made my sandwich anyway. I threw away a $15 sandwich all because she didn't care to sanitarily make my sandwich and didn't care to respect my wishes. It's simple food safety! I have given her the benefit of the doubt by just brushing off the several other incidents but I can't do that anymore. I defiantly don't recommend going there anytime during the day shift...

I had such a WONDERFUL AND EASY interaction with this location. I was very nervous because this order was very important to me. I needed 30 sandwiches. At other locations I was told I MUST USE CATERING on subway website. That option wouldn't allow for me to pick up. I didn't want a delivery. I had used delivery before and they were 2 hrs. late. That put the food at the office to late for them to eat as they had patients to see. I went in person to this location. I.spoke with Shawn & Christ Ann. They had me write my order as I wanted it I picked it up today. EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS I ORDERED . On time And AS ORDERED. Thank you to everyone at this location I appreciate your kindness (as I have a vocal disability. ) they said they had no problem understanding me or my order....
