I booked a VIP experience for my friends bachelorette party. Everything was great until after the fact. Once we got there and the server, etc everything was great! BUT as everyone knows sometimes you drink... ya know... your at the club... and may add a few things in a large group, so I emailed asking for the receipts of all of us, as after the fact we just wanted an itemized statement to see what happen. The Manager Julia Rallis seemedf helpful, but just never followed through or responded to me after she got all the information she apparently needed, and another member of our party has tried to get ahold of her she has been ignored as well. All we wanted was the receipts or an itemized statement, she asked for what kind of cards, last 4 digits ect. after that nothing. So I will never come here again, I feel like items were added and we were unaware the bill was double what it was supposed to be and it makes no sense. I feel as we were all robbed. Again if I got the receipts then I could ask who ordered what, but the "manager" is no help. So I would be careful here and pay attention big time, you will be taken advantage of. Other then that everything else was good, but none of my group would go there again which is sad as it is a nice little spot. Be careful everyone, it's getting worse out there!

Rude if you don't purchase pre-sale tickets. Extremely over priced entry fee 55 per person which did not match the going online price. ( we had a party of 6) - they then cut us off (as retaliation for not buying the VIP seating - they kept raising the price too). My friend convinced me to queue for this club. He is no longer a friend. Hilariously unnecessary wait outside to get in, bouncer takes himself a bit too serious given the club is the size of an apartment. Slow service and a DJ who switches songs every 30 seconds with some very questionable mixes.
