Can't believe the reviews of this place are so high. I work on this block, and have eaten dozens of meals here. I've always just accepted some of the negatives of this place because it's so conveniently located to my office, which is why I still go, despite better offerings in the neighborhood. Despite their lower ranking, they're still among the highest priced.

Sandwiches and wraps here are generally underfilled and small compared to other places in the area. The space is standing room only (even before Covid, I think there was one high-top), as it's basically just a deli counter with lower grade pizza offerings. Today, my roast beef sandwich had cold cuts that not only weren't fresh, but were borderline spoiled. Sandwich literally smelled like bad cold cuts. I was starving, and had to throw it out.

Breakfast is the only reliable order here. Even the stuff they sometimes do well, like Greek wraps, can disappoint, and let's face it, a person ordering a Greek wrap or roast beef sandwich isn't expecting something from the cover of Bon Appetit. Today was the last straw. Spoiled food is too much to ignore.

Mediterranean Grill is, lile the name suggest a Mediterranean place with cuisine from all around the middle east.

First off, having the background, I can honestly say that the food is top notch. When I go, i usually order Lamb shank, lamb kebab, summer mimosas, eggplant roll up and my personal favorite the eggplant salad. You won't be upset with anything you order but those are a couple of my go-to dishes. Everything is made fresh and authentic.

Secondly, the service is phenomenal. The waitors, the cook, and the management is very attentive and very informative. If you have questions, they have the answers.

Lastly, the price. Honestly it should be more expensive than it is. Go alone or with a group, you will never be upset...

I had an amazing meal at Mediterranean Grill Boston and have to highlight their Chicken Capri Bowl—it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, tender and flavorful in every bite. The combination of fresh ingredients, vibrant Mediterranean flavors, and a well-balanced mix of grains and veggies made it a truly satisfying meal.
