I think the only mistake was on my end, I was hungry ready to order and ready to eat. I wasn't sure on their offering and ordered what I thought were empanadas and with meat. However I believe I made the mistake as the cashier explained but I was not focused, I order the Patagonia and a different one and then noticed they had sandwiches which seemed very appealing from the ingredients. I ended order the lomita and their yerba de mata drink with orange and agave Miel/honey. The flavor of drink is light and refreshing not sweet. The empemadas were delicious but I think I miss d the meat and ordered the wrong numbers, believe he probably said most after #10 or 12 don't have meat but I understood the opposite maybe that's the green plant on the menu icon. Lol. Anyways for being a carnivore I can appreciate them and tasted great, the cheese flavor was not overbearing or strong or greesy. The dough was different than I expected but was delicious. It is very flaky as someone mentioned, perhaps the ones I've had are more baked and slightly fried or basted. So they were different but still delicious. I was impressed with the monitor, it tasted like what a great Cubano should taste or imagine would taste. While I've never been impressed with cubanos where I've had them I was very much enjoying this. It was simple seemed small but was a god portion size and fresh. It tasted similar the chain that sells smaller sandwiches on ciabiatta bread. I would highly recommend this place.

Rincon Argentino in Boulder, Colorado, isn't just a restaurant; it's a delightful portal to Argentinian culture. From the moment you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere envelops you. Imagine a warm, inviting space bursting with colorful accents, creating a cheery backdrop for your culinary adventure. The star of the show, undoubtedly, is the food. The empanadas – a must-try! – are bursting with flavor, each bite a testament to the high-quality ingredients and culinary expertise. We ventured beyond the empanadas and were equally impressed by the milanesa sandwiches – juicy, perfectly cooked, and exploding with taste. But Rincon Argentino shines even brighter when it comes to hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating to our little ones. When the fries came with a seasoning a bit too adventurous for our youngest, the staff went above and beyond, readily whipping up a fresh batch without the spice. This kind of attentiveness makes a world of difference for families, and it speaks volumes about the welcoming spirit of the restaurant. Overall, Rincon Argentino is an absolute gem. The quality of the food is exceptional, the environment warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch. They truly cater to everyone, making it a perfect spot for a fun family outing or a delightful evening with friends. If you're searching for a taste of Argentina in Boulder, look no further than Rincon Argentino – you won't be disappointed!

Good food. The empanadas were a little burned but I think they are supposed to be cooked like that hence the reason for 5 stars. The crust was crunchy and flaky. The salsa seemed oily but the taste was excellent. I ordered a chicken empanada, a ground beef empanada and a mushroom empanada. The mushroom empanada was the best it overflowed with flavor. The hamburger empanada fell apart as I ate it but the flavor was savory and home cooked. The chicken was my least favorite after eating the other two but still tasted good. Overall I really liked the atmosphere. It was a small restaurant with a simple set up. I was not impressed with the “demand / request”for 15-25% tip when I ordered I prefer to tip after a service is rendered. The only thing they did was bring the food to the table. It’s not like they get my drinks or cleaned up after me. I took my stuff over to the garbage area and put it all away. The only thing they needed to do after I was done was run a towel over the table and I had already cleaned it with napkins. The person at the register was efficient. The Quince tart had a flaky crust and was definitely tart it fell apart in your hands. The tart was excellent and yummy. I would definitely go back and try other empanadas on their menu.

After reading the great reviews of the empanadas here, I knew I needed to try them when we visited Boulder. Covid-19: you can order and pay online. They also offer curbside pickup. My husband and I split 4 empanadas and a choripan sandwich. The empanadas we tried were Carne Picante, Jamón y Queso, Choclo, and Caprese. I think the Choclo was my favorite. It was this creamy corn sauce that was amazingly delicious. I also loved the Jamón y Queso and the Caprese. The Carne Picante was good, but I love cheese so I preferred those with cheese. I really loved the choripan sandwich as well. It was simple and surprisingly delicious. My favorite sauces were chimichiri and salsa verde. We also got flan and an Alfajor cookie for dessert. The cookie was amazing, but it's one tiny cookie for $3.50. My only complaint was the portion size/price. Everyone said 2-3 empanadas was enough, but we were both still hungry. They were very small so $4 seemed kind of expensive. After spending $16-20 per person, for a meal, I would expect to be full. Definitely check this place out for some delicious empanadas, just don't expect big portions.

It truly lives up to the name as you can really taste traditional Argentinian fare. I had the lomito completo and the gaucho empanda, as well as two alfajores. The Lomito was incredible. It’s a bit different than Uruguay Chivito, which is the same concept but has fried egg on top, but still was amazing. The meat was a bit rough, but the flavor was fantastic. The empanadas are traditional oven baked empanadas, but here they also use a wood fire oven. This is usually how pizzas and parrilladas are cooked, but empanadas are just as amazing. The dough was very flaky and just the right amount of gold. The filling was sizable, and absolutely incredible. The alfajores were also fantastic! They are very small, and price is a big high in my opinion, but the flavor is there. This is what you would find if you went to Argentina. Overall, absolutely incredible spot. The entire restaurant if filled with Argentinian posters and trinkets, the staff is very friendly, and the food is incredible. Absolute must try!
