7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Branson

ETA: After my initial review 7 Brew reached out to replace my drink (due to my phone service I didn't get the VM until we got back to KC.) Even though I didn't get their message, when my husband returned the next morning they gave us our drinks for free and they were perfect. We even stopped on our way out of town Sunday morning. I wasn't expecting a free drink, just hoped they'd keep an eye on drinks as they went out so was pleasantly surprised by the customer service!

Original Review: I was so excited to see there was a 7 Brew as we have multiple locations in KC and it's my favorite coffee spot. My husband's White Chocolate Mocha Chiller was perfect, however, he grabbed me an Iced Blondie with extra vanilla (my go to) and it was horrible. It tasted like they forgot to add the coffee and halfed the flavor. Even when he walked in with it I could tell by sight it wasn't correct. Never a big cold coffee drinker, I was told about 7 brews lemonade and the different flavors they offer. So I went on up to the window to place my order instead of trying to wait in the long car line. After a few minutes a younger blonde woman seen me standing there and just continued to make her drinks. Was a little baffled until a brunette woman seen me in her peripheral and rushed over to greet me. “Hey there! How are you? I’m so sorry about the wait… did anyone help you yet?” And I just said “no, not yet, but thank you.” After she took my order and rushed off to make it (just a regular large lemonade) she came back with my change, a smile, and another apology about the wait. Before I left I asked the woman her name, and she said McKenna. Her level headed demeanor under busy pressure and several other coworkers all trying to make drinks at the same time, ensured my business will stay with them. I always get some sort of big drink or Iced coffee for a long road trip, and 7 brew always delivers. Sometimes I forget to ask for oat milk (i'm supposed to be dairy free) and they are always so accomodating. My brewista ran inside quickly and was able to stop them before they poured the milk product in my drink and got them to put Oat milk instead. I will probably never have a bad thing to say about 7 brew. I'm really close to my free reward too, all you have to do is give them your phone number when you order, and once you order something like 10 drinks (I think) you get enough points to have a free coffee!
