Went to the their store along with my parents to shop for baby clothes. As we were checking out, my mom forgot to give her coupon to the cashier. We were the only ones in the store, so no crowd. My mom asked if she can ring it up with the coupon, which I’ve seen done before. Immediately the young cashier caught an attitude, and said no, she can’t do that. The manager overhead and came to assist. She ended up added the coupon and my mom gave her the payment along with the spear change of 21 cents that was rung up with the total. To make their balance easier, my mom offered the 21 cents, that way her change would be whole, and no coins needed. Basically it balanced out in accounting terms. The cashier didn’t seem to understand this concept and my mom and myself tried to explain why she gave the coins. I guess not understanding, she became even more frustrated and attitudinal. The manager also tried to explain to her the concept to no avail. The manager was so nice and professional but even in front of her boss, the young cashier continued to be rude, so rude that I had to tell manager wow, that’s very unprofessional and disrespectful in how she’s acting in front of us, the customers and you, her manager. The cashier eventually just stormed off like a kid trying a tantrum. The manager tried to make excuses that she’s overwhelmed…by one customer, ringing up two items for less than 100 dollars. Overwhelmed…yea, I rather buy at another Ralph Lauren outlet Bc that kind of behavior is uncalled for and I definitely rather not do...
Read moreLet me just say that I like Polo Ralph Lauren alot..... almost an enthusiast. This was my first trip to the Polo store in Branson and I was very disappointed in the overall service. I had just recently bought some clothing from this store over the phone and that was a delightful experience. The manager (he answered the phone) was very helpful and made my purchase super easy. I visited this store in person and I was shocked at how rude some of the employees were. When I had bought my sweater over the phone, it was around $112 and it shipped without a bag (expected). I ask the lady at the front if I could have one of their bags (the ones they give to you after a purchase. I wanted to make this a gift bag for a friend) and she said those were reserved for people who make a purchase. I was shocked they wouldn't give out a paper bag to someone who had bought a $112 sweater just a few weeks prior. This store didn't have a good selection (especially on Polo Bear) so I wasn't inclined to spend $20 and up just to get a bag. Poor customer service in store. Order over the phone. NOTE: I am an young adult and I was surprised at how these employees looked down on me as if I was some kid. (I was older than...
Read moreMy family and I attempted to go to the Polo store today but we're told that we were required to wear a mask to come in. When we asked if they provided masks, which I 100% feel that if you're going to require me to wear a mask you should provide the option to either give me one or let me buy one, we were told that they don't have masks but that the American eagle store across the parking lot has mask s that we could go and get. So not only did they lose out on a sale from us they literally gave their business away to another store. It makes no sense to me why you would willingly want to lose thousands of dollars because you're too cheap to give out masks that...
