I am so upset. I paid $150 ($180 with the tip) to get my toes and nails done. I really liked them at first, besides the fact that almost immediately they seemed to be placed pretty far back from the nail bed. About a week later, my middle fingers nail on my left hand completely fell off. I went in and they fixed it and it was actually back towards my nail bed like it should’ve been. Almost immediately after, my other nails started to fall off one by one, and one of my toe nails. I called just to see if they thought it was normal or they would do something to remedy this situation and they said yes it’s normal. I can pay to have them fixed. I just moved back to Branson and this was my first time using them. I have NEVER had my accrylic nails fall off like this when I went to get my nails done. My only option is to go pay for them to be done all over again. But to last for a week? I know a lot of other people have great experiences with them, but this was my experience. I don’t know if something was done wrong on mine or what happened, but I just can’t believe I paid this much to have a bunch of nails missing.

I recently visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The technician interrupted my service at least a dozen times to answer the phone, check in and out other customers, and even tend to another customer’s manicure. It was unclear when or if she was done with me because there was no communication. I eventually had to ask another technician to find out if my service was complete. On top of that, I had to hold my bowl of water on my lap during the manicure, which felt rushed and unprofessional. In all the years I’ve been getting manicures, I’ve never had to do anything like that. When it came time to check out, my technician quickly appeared to run my bill and point out where to add a tip. I declined. She was paid well for the service I received, but there was no extra care or attention to detail to warrant a tip. I always tip for good service, but these days, it feels like too many people just expect it without earning it. I won’t be returning.

I wish I knew what the guy meant when he asked if I wanted my nails even. Well, who wants uneven nails? So I said yes, wondering why he would ask that. I had already told him that this was my first time ever getting my nails done. He made them flat across, but unevenly flat. When it was almost finished, I heard the lady at the next table ask another customer what shape she wanted. I wish he had asked me what shape I wanted! I wanted round 🤦🏻‍♀️. So, if you go be ready to explain what you want and maybe take a picture to show them. I’m sure most ppl coming here on vaca have had their nails done before and know better.

I came in this morning to get my nails done and im going to assume he was the owner or some form of management greeted me in kind of a monotone greeting tone and i had explained how i wanted my nails done before he began and had to change the original color i wanted to begin with. i have severe anxiety and throughout the time i was there he was yanking my hands telling me to relax im sorry but doing that to me will most definitely NOT help me relax it will only make my anxiety worse. when he was using the drill with the attachments there was a quite a few times he went too far and it caused a lot of pain and i even cringed when it happened and he did not seem to notice i still have pain in both of my hands and had to go to the ER due to this. and the price i was charged OMG it was ridiculous they charged me WAY more than what the service was worth if i could give this place no starts i most definitely would. $60 for a terrible and pain filled experience i most definitely will NOT go there again and i highly recommend to save your money and go elsewhere or travel to one of the many nail salons in...
