UPDATED POST
AFTER LAST TWO TIMES I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
Last time I ordered it never came. After calling THE MANAGER HE APOLOGIZED and said he would cancel the debit card. The Owner/District Manager also called me and assured me everything would be taken care of and apologized also. ALL CONVERSATIONS WERE POLITE AND CIVIL BETWEEN ALL INVOLVED. Money was refunded as they said it would be.
Ordered today and the food arrived ONE HOUR LATE and was ICE COLD!!! Being a prior restaurant owner (Pizzeria in NJ), I asked the driver what other duties she performed and she said she cooked (a delivery driver is a delivery driver, not an extra body to cook at the expense of your customers). She left and when I got the pizza and wings they were ICE COLD!!! I ran back out and called her back and refused the food because it was ICE COLD!!! SHE APOLOGIZED a second time (first time when she arrived) and gave the tip back and took the food. I USED FOUR LETTERS WORDS BUT DIDN'T CURSE HER because I know how the business works. I then called the store and told them how PISSED I WAS!!! HE APOLOGIZED and think he hung up before I was done. I USED FOUR LETTER WORDS ON PHONE CONVERSATION BUT DIDN'T CURSE HIM so if he hung up I understand why. With that said, I APOLOGIZE TO BOTH EMPLOYEES BY SAYING "I'M SORRY" because most likely it wasn't there fault I hope. I know about skeleton crews, stacking deliveries, etc.
In closing, it's is unfortunate because I really enjoy the pizza and always had positive interactions but I am a man of principle and since I ALWAYS TIP WELL, I DEMAND THE SAME RESPECT IN RETURN!!!
As you see, I've admitted my faults and both employees were PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL, so I hope no lie will be given IN RESPONSE TO MY POST BECAUSE IT'S THE TRUTH!!!
Both times it caused a DOMESTIC DISPUTE because I ordered it for when the BETTER HALF got home from work and is a size 4 BEAR when she is hungry. Thanks, PAPA JOHN'S!!!
ORIGINAL POST BELOW Store was clean, employees were professional, respectful and neat in appearance. My first time eating Papa John's Pizza and I'll order from them again. Our pizza's came as we ordered them and in the time frame given with no complaints. My only complaint (and it's for most companies) is that we tried to phone our order in (remember when ordering a pizza was as simple as picking up a phone?) and were told we could only order online. Well we are two people that don't spend our free time on Facebook and twitter. We just don't see the need to inform or be informed every time someone has a bowel movement. To each is...
Read morePapa Johns has almost exclusively been the pizza we order, but now they’ve lost a very regular customer. This Branson franchise is so poorly managed that I just get too frustrated. The last two times we ordered pizza, we ordered hours in advance online (setting a time) and the pizza was delivered an hour late both times. To make matters worse, the previous time when I called to find out our pizza status, they put me on hold for more than five minutes. So I hung up and called back and they put me on hold again for another five minutes. Eventually someone came on and was rude to me. Today our pizza was again ridiculously late, and they left me on hold for more than 13 mins. I hung up and called back to say no you can’t put me on hold and asked to speak to the manager. She said “this is she” so I told her what has been happening. She basically just said we’re busy and it’s on the way, in spite of me explaining my issue the last two times! Even though I called both times and was ignored or treated poorly, there was NO effort made to keep my business. It’s too bad. We like the pizza but can’t handle the service when the kids are waiting for pizza an hour past the time we requested. We’re done with this Branson location. We’ll be trying other pizza chains again now. Get pizza from here if you’re gonna pick it up, but I would NOT...
Read moreI just moved out here and needed some quick cash and I thought this would work boy was I wrong. So I've previously worked here. I can tell you why they have the problems they do. For starters there is absolutely no training. You get a bad vibe from coworkers when you do something wrong like your automaticly supposed to know how to do everything. Gets pretty weird when they have a bunch of customers in line and nobody knows how to use the pos system or how to properly make the pizzas. They promise you 12 to 18 a hr yet they will only give you two days a week. You only make 5 something on the road and 7 something while in store. The extra is from tips, if you get the right hours to do so. The management team wants you to pay for a app to check your schedule because they are to lazy to even print one out. Alot of coworkers are so unmotivated you will end up just running circles around them even if have no clue on what your doing. Probably a job for someone just getting out of highschool with no work skills. I will personally never eat Papa John's again! Sad how working for a place can totally...
