Was just there, it’s incredibly loud. So much so the wait staff couldn’t hear my order. They kept it short with me on every interaction but went out of their way for the people around me. Almost like I was being silently judged, for some reason, as I was very polite in our brief interactions. Don’t really know what to make of that. I also don’t know what to make of the multiple staff that would loop around the restaurant and watch me like I’m some kind of criminal, that actually got on my nerves.
As for the food, it’s a sit down restaurant, somewhat pricey. Took about 15-20 minutes for an appetizer and another hour for my food. Wouldn’t mind that so much if my food actually came out hot, as in this case it didn’t. The only thing that came out near warm was my appetizer. Wings were cold, my sandwich was cold. Which was a philly cheese steak, so it’s a hot sandwich. Wait staff just ignored my request for a lid for my dipping sauce, I ended up just throwing it away.
I haven’t even eaten any of it and am more than likely just going to throw it all away. Lost my appetite after that. If I even decide to make something at home it’s at the very least hot and I can enjoy it without feeling like I'm being watched like a hawk by prying eyes.
The only positive i can give this place is they replaced my dessert when I dropped it. That was truly nice.
Was kind of hyped for this place but from the staff to the food it’s a near complete letdown.
Edit to reply to the owner, I’m very understanding. I’m also not picky nor hard to please. I have no problem waiting, it’s to be expected. What I can’t understand is being served cold food, when it’s supposed to be hot and fresh. There was no problems when the staff served those around me.
They were timely and polite. When those across from me were served 100+ wings, 4 dozen cookies, and lord knows what else, their food was hot. They were getting excellent customer service. When it came to me, “here” tosses to go box on table and walks away
I have worked in customer service AND the restaurant industry for 10+ years myself. I know someone trying and doing good work when I see it. If this is how it is when it’s free, good lord I pray for you when people are paying.
I wasn’t even asked for feedback, y’all came around and talked to people and never asked me anything. So that’s a moot point. That’s my experience. It is what it is. I genuinely hope y’all do better in the future. I don’t say any of this to be mean or to cost you business, that was just my experience, and I genuinely hope y’all do better in the future.
And with a that I bid...
Read moreUsually this restaurant is great, I have never had any issues with them before. Until yesterday, I placed an order for a pizza over the phone and walked over to pick it up, as I have done numerous other times. At the Carry-out pickup area I was greeted by a young girl with dark hair, probably late teens or early twenties. As being part of the Landing mall, this restaurant is one of many who offer a small employee discount. Like I said, I have had zero issues redeeming this in the past, but this employee was genuinely one of the most miserable people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in this town. From the moment I walked in, she was impatient and rude. Saying things like “I think you are lying, I’ve never heard of that place but I don’t feel like arguing with you” when I asked for the employee discount from one of the landing stores, which has been there for 18 years. This in itself wasn’t a huge deal, I am not that worried about a dollar or two, but upon paying this girl very rudely says “oh I don’t have any change,” stomps away, gets my change (which was counted incorrectly), throws it down on the box and walks away. One of my coworkers on the same day picked up an order, and had the same issues with this same girl. It soured the entire experience and we will advise people not go to this restaurant for any customers that come into our store after the level of disrespect...
Read moreWhile in Branson the week of Nov. 29th, I happened upon this place by pure accident. Decided to check it out. Wife and I sat at the bar and noticed lots of workers. Then Cameron asked us what we would like to eat or drink. I asked how long they had been open and he said today, very first day. They were continuing to train their staff members. Amazing variety of pizzas on the menu, extensive beer list and very friendly staff. Then Tito walked over to chat. His first day there. Very friendly guy. Shortly afterwards, a guy walked over and my wife asked his name. He said it's what's on my shirt, Pappo. He is the main guy over all the stores, I think 11 in all. He spent lots of time telling how he started, how his wife is involved in creating healthy food and he was proud of his stores and staff. My bottom line it this is a great place, we went back 3 more times. Had the Sicilian, it was wonderful. We also had chats with Rick and Keegan. All great staff members. Hoping this place all the success as we told everyone we met in Branson those days we were there about this place. Its a must do...
