Scooter's Sports Grill — Restaurant in Branson

I order here all the time. We dine in & I tell so many people about it. Even took a bunch of menus to bring to my hotel for the guest. I was so surprised at the customer service on todays order through DoorDash. I ordered the kids sliders, 2 Philly cheese steaks and mozzarella sticks for myself and some co workers. I paid extra to add lettuce tomatoes and onion for the sliders. But it didn’t give the option for the cheese steaks. So I put in the comments if I could please add them to them as well. Along with mushrooms for their cheese steaks. Food was over $60 plus tips. I called the the restaurant to verify if they got the order and we’re able to see the comments. The woman said yes and said there is a upcharge. I told her that was perfectly fine I just didn’t see the option to add those on there. She says “Right..” then puts me on hold. Scooter then answers & I was confused because I thought I was talking to a woman. So I explained everything again. & he says well there is a upcharge. I again said that would be fine and apologized about any inconvenience it might have caused. He said he won’t be able to do that. Then said . Sooo do you still want the order? I said yes of course it already came out of my bank account. I was simply asking for some veggies on the side for my coworkers. He then said okay then hung up. I understand there is a upcharge.. I don’t mind that at all. It’s just they were so rude absolutely it. I’ve had their food so many times and they didn’t even give me the time of day. I was embarrassed quite frankly as all my coworkers heard the conversation. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them again. Especially when is as customers are what helps keep them in business & they flat out dismissed me....

Update: Aug 2023: We finally had a chance to visit Scooters' new location and were pleased to discover the same quality of food and service as our first visit several years ago. We already loved the burgers, fries and rings. This time we were able to enjoy the grilled chicken salad and Scooters Reuben. They both were delicious and we would get them again.

The new location is also a nicer one. They do need to make sure to keep up on cleaning tables and floors, but we know they will do fine.

Can't wait to visit again soon!

It was our first time at Scooters today, after hearing great things from others. I should note it is a bit difficult to spot, as the mini-golf attached catches your eye. I ordered the Bacon & Cream Cheese burger, while my wife tried a classic hamburger with lettuce and tomato. The burgers were perfectly grilled, and had a great flavor. The homemade cream cheese was awesome.

The fries were crinkle-cut, and cooked to crispy perfection. I enjoyed the onion rings, which were served with homemade french onion dip. This seemed strange at first, but worked perfectly as a dip the onion rings and was pleasantly good with my wife's french fries :)

I think we will definitely be back here the next time we get an urge for a burger...

For 4 years rolling that jalapeno cheeseburger has been on top in a world of mundane cheeseburgers they add a little spin on this thing with a cream cheese jalapeno dressing that is not too hot if you're not used to jalapenos but it will have a little bit of spice but definitely worth trying unfortunately we did not have the dragon eggs because they were out we really wanted to try those but the atmosphere was comfortable you can come in with your children heavy male and go right next door and play some golf. I am giving this every store I can because the affordability of a place like this means a lot when you're getting hit in your pocketbook at every entertainment Source or if you want to save a little money in this town you have to go demo a resort it is refreshing to know that this down-home place he's got you covered. They got your burger they're not going to overcharge you it seems like everyone here is real and down to earth.
