Thank you for your response to my previous review. I tried responding there but I couldn't, so I am responding here. I had a chance to speak with the manager in person, but I felt my feedback was not received constructively. While I understand you have regular customers and this may be the first time you’re hearing such concerns, I believe feedback is an opportunity for improvement.

To clarify, during my visit, I ordered Puri, Pani Puri, Samosa, and Egg Puff. Specifically, the Pani Puri was the most disappointing this time in terms of both taste and quality. It didn’t meet the standards I experienced during my previous visit.

I share this feedback in the hope that it helps maintain consistency in the quality and experience for all customers. Thank you for considering my input.

The 1st impression is that it's only a grocery store. But they have a counter table with enough chairs and tables. Nice food, good service. The staff and the owner are very good. As a gujju people, we were thinking that pure south indian style taste we don't like much and we talked about with them. They suggested some good options and we loved the food. They have Masala tea and coffee with milk. We tried idli, mung dal dosa with upma stuff inside, uttapam and everything had a good taste. They have many other options also. Surely, you can try. We ordered FP Chicken Biryani and we found hair in it. When we reported it, they just took the plate into the kitchen and never told what's going on or their next steps. I did not have any clue of what was happening and they have not even checked with us what was going on. When we went and enquired she said we are giving you another plate, we were like no we are not going to have another plate of that.
