Boot Barn — Local services in Brookside

The Boot Barn what can I say, it's a place that sells boots and western attire. I have been there twice in the past two weeks and finally bought a pair of boots.

I thought typical retail establishment, when I first walked in, until I was quickly greeted by the staff in a pleasant manner. Well you might say that's how it should be, but its much more, the staff goes out of their way to help you with your selection.

Example, I was trying on boots and couldn't decide on style and was having trouble with sizes, thats until Destiny showed up. Her customer service skills are top notch, she knew her product and knew her customer. Yes its just a pair of boots but Destiny made the buying experience seem like I was in a little country store where everyone knows everyone.

If the Boot Barn keeps hiring people like Destiny then they will be in business for a long time. I highly recommend this place, and if your ever in the Boot Barn and having trouble trying to decide, just ask for Destiny and leave the rest to her, you will definitely leave with a smile on your face and know your money was well spent. I like shopping here and there is great customer service. However I brought in two cowboy hats to get cleaned and reshaped. I like that there is no fee but when I came to pick them up I noticed very noticeable stains that weren’t there before. I am satisfied with the reshaping of the hat but not with the cleaning. There was a lot of dust and debris still on the hat which is not good. I understand it’s free for clean and reshape for the hats but if you can’t get the job done well then don’t offer the services or atleast call me and let me know what the situation is. Came here and spent a lot on a pair of work boots . Unfortunately they were a half size too big . Different brands don’t all fit the same and I had assumed the same size would fit as my old boots . I wore them for one day inside a building not doing anything that would make them dirty or damaged . They have a policy that if you wear them outside you can not return ! I can understand why . They were nice enough to let me return them and get a size smaller . Love the selection all around for the boots , clothing . A little pricey but you get what you pay for … especially with work boots . Will be back when it’s time...
