Called Dulhan Jewellers to inquire about a simple thing silver coin prices. The lady who picked up seemed to believe customer service is an optional luxury. Instead of answering, she abruptly said she was “with customers” and hung up.

Just wondering if you can’t talk to customers on the number you publicly list for customers, what exactly is the purpose of the phone? Decoration?
