First of all I wish I didn't have to give a star to complete the review but anyway, let me start telling my experience here. The staff need the proper training or they need to know how to greet customer properly and greet everyone if that's what they call them self doing also customer service im sure if a customer ask were do I stand or where is the line that they answer right ohhhh not here they just take the next person coming through the door didn't bother to ask us if we were ready or needed more time before helping out a customer that just walked in and I said hello weren't we next, both customer and cashier ignored me they are both lucky I'm a lady and know how to act in public after the cashier had attitude every question we asked she didn't look up at us or even answer anything we were asking her about isn't that what they supposed to do? I work in customer service and I know exactly how to treat a customer or anyone at that. So to the cashier that was there on Sunday 6/29/25 around 2ish, you just made me make my mind up not to ever go back to that place again. Donuts are mid anyways to much hype they ain't even all that they say keep your money PEP'S don't waste it on this place. ...

What sets Old Ferry Donuts apart is the fact that they seem make 8-10 donuts. It makes it much more efficient since there is a limited number of items. The process goes: you pick, you pay, then pick up your box at the end of the line. Simple.
Since Old Ferry Donut is at the source, there is a parking structure. There is plenty of stroller room outside of the donut, but the line is slim inside.
Go get you some Old...

There was no line when we went and quite a few items were sold out. We got the Raspberry Donut (filled with raspberry jam) and the Butter Pistachio Donut (not filled. You can choose to get it filled but it's already so sweet).
The first raspberry donut we got had frosting that wasn't set so it all got stuck to the parchment paper so I was able to get a replacement one that looked nicer for the photos. Plus we didn't want to lick frosting separately while eating the donut.
The Butter Pistachio was delicious but about 30% too sweet, even without their pistachio filling. We'll come back to try some of the other donuts that...
