Chili's Grill & Bar

Dont expect much when it comes to customer service at this location. I am not sure what changed. We have dined here many times, but today something has clearly changed. Josie, who calls herself a hostess was nowhere insight while the line continued to pile up with new guests walking in. She came out of nowhere and apologized for the wait. Im sorry.... you have one job. Then was finally greeted with a rude and annoyed that we were there hello. She asked if we had reservations. No we did not. She stated it would be a half hour wait to be seated in the bar area. She put us on the "list". By this time the two couples behind us walked out and the other was an uber eats driver. We were the only couple left waiting. There was 2 tables being used in the bar at this time. After a bit of time waiting we asked Josie if there was another guest waiting for the bar. She said No and proceeded to snap back at me the wait is due to no bussers working tonight. This wait time could have been half the time if not less if someone wiped a table down because the server already removed the dishes. Rather than taking notice on the same thing my husband and I saw I was accosted with another rude remark by the said hostess. When asked to report this incident to management, Josie briefed the manager that we did not have reservations. Which was the same unreasonable excuse the manager stated it would be 30 min wait. Still no one addressed the fact nobody was waiting and the table literally needed a wash down. Josie at best could benefit in a little customer service training and clearly this is a management issue since the manager made no efforts to ensure satisfaction. Very disappointing.
