Siri's Me Kwam Sook — Restaurant in Caldwell

I wish I had a different experience, but unfortunately we tried a couple of their noodle dishes and they just...weren't good. The pad thai was so plain, no flavor at all, almost gray looking. My husband got the other fried noodle dish and it didn't come with any of the veggies shown in the photo. Which is fine, I just wish they would have let us know they were out of stuff. Maybe it's the region of thai food, it was just overall so bland and not our cup of tea at all compared to other thai places in the valley. Please note the owners are very kind and the food does come out fast. Wishing them the best in the future of their business.

One meal could feed 2 people, this food was far better than I had ever expected. The rice has so much flavor and is the best left over rice I have ever had still soft the next day but the chicken rice all together was just so delicious. The teriyaki stir fry full of flavors. And also really really good left over. Each dish had the best slices of cucumbers. The vegetables in each dish were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I just don’t have words for how good this food truck is! There is so much more food that a group of us ordered and we have not one bad thing to say about any of it! I’d order from here again and again. If I could give this place 10 starts, I’d give 15. As the rest of the group that ordered would too.

Absolutely in love with their Thai Curry. It is completely different from any other curry I've had and it is so delicious. Absolutely worth a try!

Update: This is still some of the best food we've ever had, and the owners are great people. Siri's dishes are the ultimate comfort food. They might be taking a break, but I hope the world is lucky enough to have them come back and share their amazing...
