Yikes! Never gonna go here again and will try to warn others to do the same. I can appreciate the two employees working there were busy fulfilling Doordash orders but they could at least acknowledge my presence and ask me to wait. And I can understand it being difficult to hear each other with a mask on but they accused me of saying I didn't want another sandwich and I definitely asked for a second but then they started ringing me up and gave me attitude when I said I needed another. Then the worst, even after this awful customer treatment, they told me they don't accept the Mr. Pickle's gift card!!?!? Like, seriously, it's like going into a Starbucks and their like "actually, you need to drive down the block to another Starbucks because we're only using their sign, lol." I was not even going to argue it or ask why they wouldn't have a sign up so I didn't waste all that time waiting for them to acknowledge my existence. I could tell the employee was having a bad day but I was trying to help my girlfriend get some lunch before taking her DMV test and we had a baby in the car. Like, we all have problems, I'm not trying to make mine her issue and I'd appreciate if she'd just make my sandwich and not give me lip about it. Never going...
Read moreFirst time here. I love pickles, so I had to check out this place. As I walked in, I was immediately asked how I could be helped. I told the person behind counter that it was my first time and needed time to checkout the menu, says, no problem, take your time, let me know when you’re ready. The choices are tremendous, everything looks so goood! I was having trouble settling on one. After about 10 minutes of asking about this sandwich or that sandwich, the guy helping me was so patient, letting me know the difference and ingredients of about three or four different choices. I finally settled on two of them, and while he was making them, I kept looking at the big menu on the board, still wondering if I should go for this one or that one, they all look so appetizing! After about twenty minutes, he had my two sandwiches, and repeated each one of the ingredients as I ordered them. Perfect!! After paying, I told him that I would definitely be back to sample the other ones I had been savoring. Then to top it off, he asked if I wanted two free chocolate chip cookies, of course I did!! The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, only one other customer at the...
Read morePlease educate your team on what’s vegan and what’s not !!! Vegan means NO dairy NO egg NOTHING from an animal. My coworker came to pick me up a vegan sandwich and was told that #26 the quirky turkey was vegan. He even went back to grab a menu for me to see that It is vegan. After eating a few bites I felt as if the sauce was super creamy and that’s hard to recreate into a vegan diet. I called the store to be told that It wasn’t a vegan sauce. How are you about to have things on your menu that say vegan but them not be 100% vegan ? can you please change your menu to having a V with a circle around It to say it’s vegan and then a plain V with no circle to be vegetarian ? Your guests deserve to know these things especially if you want to keep business. California has so many residents that have dietary restrictions and you need to be accommodating to every type. Please fix this so i can come back and...
