McDonald's — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I consider this to be my favorite McDonald's in the whole County of Lee!!!! Let me start off by saying don't be intimidated by the lines that are at this McDonald's kind of like the mirror on your car things may not seem to be as they appear this place can blow out lines that wrap all the way around the building within minutes you keep moving along not even realizing that you were in a long line they get your meal right every time they've never denied me a chocolate shake that is my peeve of every other McDonald's in not just Lee County but in several other counties and several other states don't seem to want to have to clean that chocolate shake machine at the end of their shift so it's being serviced there's a small window in which this machine is to run obviously because of its cleaning I've because I would hate to think that they're failing that many inspections on the machine, especially after covid-19!!!!!!!! I haven't been denied a chocolate shake at 2 in the morning at 6 in the morning at any time that I can think of I will drive miles out of my way to go to that McDonald's knowing that I won't be denied anything that I want on the menu no matter what time is it in today or night that it is and that the medical it will be fresh hot food... I described as McDonald's having long lines because a positive thing they do such great service the people inside are very pleasurable to deal with they get you in and out to leave you enough time in your lunch hour to be able to get back on time or even at times to be able to do one other cat and still replenish yourself with nutrients I've challenged McDonald's is a hole and their Administration maybe get at least 50% of their locations up to Snuff as this particular store I wish I knew the manager's name so I can plaster it all over every review that I ever do for McDonald's to use an example to I'm sure further mini of all the stores and I'm going to be displeased with because they will not serve a chocolate shake if you're not going to serve them at all the hours that you claim that you're open why not just discontinued it all together that way when someone goes to a store expecting to get that and they're denied they're not as angry as I am like at the Pine Island store on 41 in North Fort Myers right in the very edge of cape that particular store I've had problems with almost every other meal since it's opened I will never go to that store again I will never have a positive thing to say about that store that store is dead to me have a good...

Terrible Guest Service, Terrible Service, Managers are always rude to their employees and the managers are always outside smoking instead of working and helping out their employees. During a rush you would assume a manager would be there helping out customers and their crew but the reality of it is the fact they are outside ignoring the problems that occur. The food comes out nasty and either uncooked or cold. Then if you order a large fry they give it to you barely even filled and the fries themselves are cold. They never seem to care about cleanliness in the lobby or the outside area, you can find more service in a graveyard. Their employees are always outside hanging out and talking to other workers instead of actually helping the customers. There are a few employees who have the most disgusting attitudes ever and they can never get an order right. I waited in line at the lobby for over 30 minutes on my meal and when i finally got it my meal was completely wrong in almost every way possible. I cannot stand how this place treats people and how they have managers who spend their time outside talking and smoking like really? Thats what they hire? Thats what they like to have working there? Such a sad sight to see how a once great franchise turned into a dump. If you ask me they should remove the General Manager and all the other Shift Managers and relieve them from their positions and start over fresh and new. Want good food? Want great service? Want fast service as well? Well dont go to this Mc Donalds on 8 NE Pine Island Rd. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here, I regret it. Because they mess up the order every.single.time. Also, it takes FOREEVR o get the food. Normally 15 minutes. Mine was ready in 5 so I was so ecstatic that I didn’t even bother looking inside (stupid, I know) I drove all the way home and they forgot my fries. Well since I let it slide last time, this time I was not letting iit slide. I drove all the way back and explained. The manager said she bagged my food and there was no fries. That’s a lie, and after she rang in all the food for a refund the amount was the exact same as what charged my card. $9.56. 4 hamburgers, 4 pc nugget and med fry. She tried saying I was lying and didn’t purchase the fries. She refunds the money and I patiently waited another 10 min, finally I ask “where’s my food” and she tells me I’m not getting my food, I got the refund. Now I can’t buy the food cuz it’s already refunded. I’m furious, ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! This is how you treat people? Customers?! I used a few swear words, nothing different than I say with my friends or she says with her friends. She made a big deal so I did too. Insanely terrible, absolute worst experience ever. I worked at McDonald’s for years and I never seen anything like this. This woman needs to be fired.
