Burger King — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

My kids and myself do love BK, and this location has always been friendly and quick, now normally I would just say oh well and hope next time is better but I can't ignore this any more. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. For the last several months, every whopper/whopper Jr that we have purchased, has had a highly chemical taste, as if someone sprayed the grill/flat top with cleaner rather than oil. So bad that none of those burgers were entirely eaten. Yesterday we were asked to pull up to the yellow line, totally fine though when we were finally given our food 10 minutes or more later, after several others behind us had gotten theirs and left, you could tell they'd been sitting a bit, the bun on my whopper was so soggy it was falling apart and the breading was inedible, I took one bite of that mangled mess hoping it tasted better than it looked (I'm 3 weeks post partum, breast feeding and hadn't yet eaten so I had to at least try) NOPE. It ws that same odd, chemical, off putting taste. I haven't tasted whatever that was on a whopper at any of the other locations, Broadway, Sikeston, Dexter, all that classic whopper taste. I don't know what is happening at this location but it needs to be corrected. Maybe corporate should consider helping them get new equipment, perhaps the surface of theirs is deteriorating and that's what is causing the food to taste like a bad science experiment? Never thought I would have anything negative to say about Burger King, but my experience today was awful. I ordered 2 honey mustard crispy wraps and a large coke. I went to the windows to pay and it took over 5 minutes to even pay, what ever they started to get busy, he could have been taking an order, but then I get to the second window and told to pull forward my wraps wasn't ready they were waiting on the chicken. Cool. No problem. WRONG! Not even 4 minutes later they bring out my food. I never check my food before driving away because I never have issues with BK, specially this location, but boy I wish I had, the "fresh" chicken wraps was cold, all of it, including the chicken!!!! Why have me pull forward to wait on chicken if it was going to be old chicken that's been sitting for how ever long. Was really disappointed in the whole experience. Tried calling but kept getting...

Ive never had issues till the first time I ordered breakfast at this location. I ordered, payed, and got home and when I checked the bag they had a completely wrong order. Wrong sandwich, missing items, and I had already payed for my order (which cost a lot more than what I was given). You guys can do better than this. I don't have time to go back and return it so I'm stuck with lost money and the wrong food. First time ive been disappointed with this location which is why I won't give them a one star.

Update: I called the location and was told to come in and speak to a manager. I went in and was given my correct order with with no fuss and apologies. Manager wanted to offer me a free meal coupon but was out which is OK, I'm happy with just getting the food I payed for....
