I recently visited Mot'to Japanese Grill and had a fantastic dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The interior design of the restaurant was modern and sleek, creating a calming ambiance.

The menu at Mot'to Japanese Grill offers a variety of traditional Japanese dishes as well as some unique and creative twists. I highly recommend trying their signature rolls, which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the portion sizes were generous.

What impressed me the most about Mot'to Japanese Grill was the quality of their ingredients. This was way better than I had expected upon walking in. The spicy pork was spicy and it really didn't look great, but I was very happy with it (and I don't usually like ... well food).

The miso was hot and salty and had generous large chunks of tofu, but was pre-made, so the seaweed could not be removed for my kids (not a big deal, just a note).

The Katsu was great without sauce, crispy panko and moist chicken, however the sauce was a little too smokey for me (the kids all were happy with it sin salsa anyway).

My wife ordered some sushi and larger portions were provided than she had expected and we left quite satisfied.

I think the chicken Katsu with the spicy sauce from the pork would have been a great combo.

If we make it back to a popular building-brick-themed amusement park in the area, this will be our after-park dinner...

Combo Bento (Chicken Teriyaki with Cali Roll ) - comes with rice, salad and miso soup also. I wish the chicken was cooked with more teriyaki sauce on it. There’s available sauces at the counter but it’s different if you had the sauce added while cooking/grilling. Chicken and Cali Roll - 3/5 Cucumber Salad - fresh veggies, well seasoned and dressing was balanced. 5/5

Combo Bento (Steak with Cali Roll) - I wish the steak is more tender. Lacks seasoning. 3/5 Asian Coleslaw - fresh ingredients and tasty dressing. 5/5
