This location, like all the other locations I have reviewed was well run, organized and projected a positive environment. And it's pretty rare for me or my wife to receive a product that isn't well prepared and exactly what it was claimed to be.

I admire and respect Starbucks. You hear a lot of conflicting stories about how well they treat their employees. I think most of the " I worked there and .." stories are just people looking for their 15 minutes of fame.

I grew up in a restaurant family and my parents always treated their employees with respect and I believe went above and beyond in some cases to support them. But there are always going to be a few who expect too much or think you owe them cause you own a business.

Our family only had one location and that was tough keeping everyone happy while trying to run a business. So how a company like Starbucks, that has thousands of locations worldwide is expected to keep everyone happy...

Starbucks is starbucks when it comes to the food and drink. It's pretty consistent. However, the service at this place is in need of some leadership. Too much time talking in the back. When a person "customer" comes in and introduces themselves from another location, everything stops. All the focus is on her. Never mind that in standing there waiting to order. And when they finally decide to take mine, it's the little condescending tone that really got me. Yes I'm an older person but not so old as to have my hand held. Then when it's time give out my drink, it's said in a matter that I couldn't distinguish their conversation and my name.
