Subway — Restaurant in Catoosa

This is my first time being here, and having worked in food ..... i was shocked at how my sandwich was made.

The first offense was this older gentleman scratched his arm with his glove covered hand and proceeded to make the other customers wrap. Then I watched the older gentleman lick his fingers to get the wrapping paper and proceeded to wrap another customers sandwich which was done without gloves.

Then I saw him lick his fingers on each hand to grab the gloves and then he managed to move the gloves around trying to find the opening to put on the gloves, but by that time there was no point in wearing gloves because he already touched his hands all over the gloves.

I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna be rude but it was very concerning for his lack of sanitation.

I didnt see him wash his hands at any time after scratching his arm or after licking his fingers. His sandwich making skills werent that great either but I understand that gets better with practice.

Please retrain your staff to ensure Proper sanitation and food prep (my friends wrap was more of a flat bread that was squished)

That being said, this review isnt to bash or to get anyone fired because that is not the point, I think this needs to be exposed in order to correct the problem. I hope that this issue gets resolved and for everyone else be aware of the lack...

Went here tonight the employees were extremely rude. The guy who was making the sandwiches ignored my order completely, my boyfriend got his and he ignores me then goes to another customer beside me. My boyfriend said nicely hey she didn't get her sandwich he he ignores my boyfriend and goes straight to the other customer. So the woman came and made mine was extremely,rude as well she then goes to ring up my boyfriend and the guy says what do u want on you're sandwich in a rude voice I said can I get extra pickles as nice as I could be. He said what dressing doesn't even give me what I ask for basically just rushes me throws the sandwich and she says heres you're sandwich. Who does that and why not just be nice is it so hard. I will always be kind to someone but I will never go back here again while these two are here the guy has black hair with a pony tail and the girl has red hair.. just sad to be hateful. This is a job not many have a opportunity why not appreciate what you have and thank the customer for helping...

absolutely worst service ever ... one worker stayed outside as three of us walked in while the other worker was in back.... after announcing myself he came from back to make our sandwiches.... then when almost finished the other employee enters and finish a sandwich as the other begins to ring up ... completely soaking my bread in vinegar ... then the employee tries charging me 12$ for a footlong Turkey rang it up as 2 x 6" after getting that corrected I got a Gatorade that he forgot to give us.. and a fountain drink ... the coke and dr pepper were other out and after waiting another 5 mins for them to fix the coke it still ddidnt work so I left with a pop I didnt want ..and still had to walk back into the store to get the gatorade.... long story short 20 mins later I have a soggy sandwich and a...
