Nudy's Cafe Chadds Ford — Restaurant in Chadds Ford Township

This place needs serious help and management and ownership of Nudy’s and RMI Restraunts is terrible. I came in here 2 weeks ago for breakfast with my mom and my brother while waiting for my car to be fixed. We sit down are server who was an absolute sweet heart takes are drink order and then comes back to take are food order my brother who has a bunch of allergies including one of the worst one’s a peanut allergy, asked if there frys were done in peanut oil the server goes over to the cook and asked and the guy in the back brushes it off and goes “he will be fine”. So we are already iffy about him eating. He orders a wrap and I order an omelet. Food comes out there’s hair in my food which caused me to not eat and then they gave him the wrong wrap but he didn’t notice it until he took a bite. I said something to him, he then asked the server to come over he told her and then she takes are food back to the window and tells the cooks they are now just staring at us laughing in are face because we got the wrong food and there was food in my omelet they comped both meals but the server had to call the headquarters because there was no manager on duty. So before we left and paid the bill that we still had after all the craziness my brother went to the bathroom and threw up everything he ate from the restaurant we ended up taking him to urgent care later that day because his throat was killing him and still wasn’t feeling right. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a manager or someone to call us I’ve called numerous times with no one to call me back just the receptionist to say I will have someone call you. This is so sad because I absolutely love Nudys as a whole and been to many of there locations with amazing food however I’ll never do business with Nudys ever again because they can’t even pick up a phone to make sure someone’s okay there more worried about bringing in the money instead of calling someone shame on upper management...

Came here twice now for breakfast/brunch, both visits were hit or miss in terms of food. Service however has been consistent. It gets busy, especially on weekends. So expect to wait outside or in your car for 10-15 minutes.

-Restaurant- Typical diner restaurant vibe, tables and chairs wobble a little here and there, chairs are somewhat uncomfortable, some tables are sticky (Not sure if they were just way too busy the days we went and couldn't wipe them down properly or not. Some menus has seen better days. With that being said, rest of the restaurant seems clean and somewhat maintained.

-Service- Staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

-Food- Unfortunately I've lost some of the food pictures we took. But the items we ordered were (Here's where the hit or miss came in)

Have always gone here for brunch with my friends multiple times. However, I brought my cousin in for the first time yesterday and was treated poorly by the waitress. We both thought she was stressed until the way she brought out our food and drinks. Her demeanor was out of line and rude. I asked for a new cup of coffee because it tasted old and I saw her roll her eyes. I simply asked for a new cup of coffee. After that our waitress did not come check up on us after our food came. My cousin’s chicken on her salad was rubbery and told the staff but the manager came at us with a rude tone as if she thought we were trying not to pay. The chicken did look old by the color. We then saw the waitress and manager by the kitchen window laughing and looking towards us. I was very disappointed because I truly loved Nudy’s and have been going for the past three years.
