One of the worst McD ever. Whoever designed it was an idiot. I can't believe the state approved it. To start with you have to park 50 yards away. There is only one entrance on the parking side. They have a partial sidewalk to get you closer to the building, but then it stops. So then people walk where ever. There is a hash mark on the ground, but I didn't see any signs. Someone is going to get hit, and I hope they sue them for everything. Since its so far to walk, people abuse the curbside pickup. I use it, and the cars next to me are there longer then I am. They park there, then go inside to eat. That should be addressed! n the drive thru, you have even a bigger mess. A long line is usually there, but they have two lanes. When it was first put in, I saw people many times bypass the long line, and go straight to the second ordering row. I called the company that owns it, and she said that was fine to do. We'll some people in line, don't see it that way, and they get upset with horn blowing, finger gestures and cussing. In the drive thru, once you order, people usually share. One from one line, one from another. The other week, I was in line and everybody was sharing their turn. Then one woman tried to go out of turn and came within inches of my car. She insisted that she should be next, even though it wasn't her turn. We ate there over this weekend at curbside, and when they brought the food out, it wasn't fit to eat. It was the wrong drink, and the burger was burn't yet cold. Poor management, Poor design, poor food. The other person at curbside was inside when I got there. We were there an extended period, since the food was bad. Eventually they came out, finishing a drink, and pulled out the entrance. I guess they were better then the rest of us. Read moreI came to this McDonalds location more often than the other one because it’s closer to me and more convenient. But yesterday was either the 4th or 5th time that this McDonalds location has completely left out a meal from my order when ordering in the Drive-Thru. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will no longer go to this McDonalds location. When I went inside to show them my receipt of the meal they left out, there were at least 4 other people waiting who also had items missing from their meals. It was pretty late so it wasnt even super busy. Yet It took 20-25mins for someone to even come to the counter inside. The manager saw all the people waiting but didnt interact with anyone and ignored customers, including me. Once someone came out I told them about the missing meal and I got the meal within 10mins, problem solved. But the fact that I went through the drive-thru and was at McDonalds for roughly 30-40mins waiting for food and getting my meal that they missed, is just insane. Majority of the time I come here I also get semi cold food. Even if I grab a few fries when I get my bag they’ve been ice cold, like they weren’t fried/cooked long enough. One of the times they missed another item in my meal was a Mocha Frappe, and that item alone took 35mins of waiting inside yet again to get even though I ordered it in the Drive-Thru. Well, I never received the Mocha Frappe and the workers were yet again ignoring customers but weren’t doing anything. I saw at least 3 workers standing around doing nothing. Read moreI'll start off by saying this is my fourth visit to this location. This is also my fourth time that my order was either incorrect or undesirable. Each of the visits have had their own problems that have all been called in to the franchise owner with no satisfactory resolution. Against my better judgement I tried it out again today, and unsurprisingly, when I got home my order was wrong. Today I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal, 4 breakfast burritos with mild sauce and asked for extra sauce. When I get home I find hot sauce and upon unwrapping my sandwich I find it's a bacon egg and cheese with hollandaise sauce, and the bacon was only a half of a piece. Im in management and understand that things happen but 4 trips and 4 incorrect or inedible meals sure denotes an issue with this locations management. They're either not training employees or not enforcing standards. This location is along an interstate so repeat customers may not be the client base but with the lack of quality that this location provides the local client base has to be severely impacted.
