Made reservations for 8pm. Didn’t get seated till 8:30. Saw the manager give special attention to another couple that came in after us and sat them right away. That was the beginning. Once we were seated it took 10 mins to be acknowledged by a server. That was just for water. 5 mins later our drink order was taken. 10 mins later our drinks came and then ordered appetizer Oysters that were sent back because they weren’t fresh . The server said she would take them off but ended up giving us 50% off . After all that happened it took 15 more minutes to see our server again to take our entree order. Took 1/2 hr to receive our food and the reason was because my tiny filet was taking longer because I asked for well done. My husband ordered Fish ( surprised he ordered fish after the not so fresh oysters). He said it had no flavor. We weren’t checked on for another 10–15 mins. Which we wanted another cocktail that took 10 mins more to receive. After we were finished with our entree server asked if we wanted dessert. We said no but accepted the complimentary 1 dessert to share crème Brûlée. Server came back and asked again if we wanted dessert. I said remember crème brûlée? If it wasn’t for the band we would have walked out . We spent 3 hours there !! and a whopping bill of over 350.00. Including tip we felt bad not to leave after the sad story the server told us about her family and how she is the sole provider working 2 jobs. One other thing I witnessed was a group of ladies came in hour after us and were seated behind us. I don’t know who they were , owners daughter or what , but servers , managers all flocked to their table. Their drinks and food were all brought to them within 20 mins. Our experience with Warren Supper Club was not a good one. Probably will not be back to eat. Drinks and band maybe. We had high expectations hopefully they pull it together because there’s potential there. Side note: Manager called 3 days later to ask about our experience. I basically told her what I wrote in this review. She apologized and said she would speak to the general manager and I would receive a call. I didn’t ask for the call back from the general manager she mentioned it. It’s been 2 weeks and no call. Oh well, I guess they really don’t care since they tend to be very busy and our experience doesn’t...
Read moreDinner last night at Warren's Supper Club was an absolute delight! It was our first time visiting, and we were immediately captivated by the ambiance. Every detail inside was beautifully thought out—elegant, intimate, and full of character.
Although we weren’t able to secure a reservation in the main dining room (they were fully booked), Logan escorted us to our seat in the bar area, which turned out to be a gem of its own. The cozy half-moon booths offered a romantic setting, enhanced by the soft glow of real flame lighting above each table. I noticed the gold hooks under the bar for handbags—a small but thoughtful touch. Even the cocktail napkins were cloth, donning the signature “W,” and the bartenders' tools gleamed in gold. Their aprons were detailed with sleek metal clasps, giving a refined, uniform look. Two televisions played nostalgic black-and-white clips from a bygone era, adding to the charm. The background jazz and R&B tunes set the perfect tone, and my date and I had fun guessing each song as it played.
We were met with a beautiful smile from Daniella, who showed amazing hospitality the whole evening. To start, we ordered the Deep-Fried Lobster Deviled Eggs drizzled with hot honey—absolutely delicious. I tried the Pineapple Smoke Show cocktail made with mezcal tequila—it was as smoky as promised, full of bold flavor, and presented with flair. A sensory experience from start to finish!
For my entrée, I chose the Filet Mignon (medium) with curry crab butter and a side of Mac & Cheese. The steak was perfectly cooked, buttery tender, and bursting with flavor. The mac & cheese was creamy, cheesy, and comforting—hard to come by, but Warren’s nailed it. My date enjoyed the Sea Bass with a Loaded Baked Potato and remarked how good everything tasted.
What stood out most was the attention to detail throughout—from the décor and music to the presentation and hospitality. It's clear that someone poured their heart into creating a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
To the team behind Warren’s Supper Club: thank you. For those of us who notice and appreciate the little things, you’ve created something truly special. Wishing your establishment continued success and longevity. We’ll...
Read moreFirst off, I’m not sure why there is valet when it’s literally one small establishment but that’s minor compared to the food. The prices are sky high and that’s fine if the the food matched the prices. The food was mediocre at best. The bread was cold, the oysters were still alive (when they were described as roasted on the menu) and served cold sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. When my girlfriend that was visiting for the Labor Day weekend notified the waitress that the oysters were lukewarm and still runny, the waitress replied with “they are cooked”. I have NEVER been to an establishment where a waitress provides a response like this. The owner was making his rounds and stopped by our table and my girlfriend told him about the oysters and he asked her did she have a picture of the oysters???? Mind you, we are still dining and the waitress has removed the oysters from the table. To add insult to injury, the owner then debated with her as if she was lying and stated that he eats the oysters everyday and they are always on point. He offered to remove the cost of the oysters instead of sending her a new order, he sent her TWO. Although, they were properly prepared, I have NEVER been to a restaurant where they don’t replace the entire order. My sautéed shrimp was swimming in unseasoned butter with no other seasonings and they were lukewarm and do I dare mention the so called Mac and Cheese. It was unseasoned and cold, tasted like cooked unseasoned macaroni that was rewarmed when ordered…. Not a lot of cheese in sight. I can’t even tell you what type of cheese was on it because it was mostly non-existent.
The band was fabulous and the blueberry drinks we had were superb. If you live in Chandler and just want to get out the house for a cocktail and to listen to music… carry on. Personally, I will remain in Paradise Valley/Scottsdale where the food and customer service has always been consistent and you don’t have to prove that your meal was subpar...
