This would be my third time coming here and honestly today I experienced the worst service ever. The server, Findlay, was not attentive at all. I wanted to ask about the menu and couldn't get his attention long enough although I was staring at the menu and made eye contact. It took me to get frustrated and a guy sitting next to me at the bar waved the server down. I finally ordered and then asked for a water, btw the place is not busy whatsoever, and it took me to wave him down 5 minutes later as he chatted it up on the opposite end of the bar. When he did bring the water he didnt apologize or even acknowledge the fact that it took him 5 minutes. My pizza comes he asks if i want parmesan or red peppers. I say red peppers he hands me a plate then walks off. I repeat myself and say red peppers. At this point my patience is worn and I tell him he is a terrible server and he says you said no to the peppers. Then I proceed to tell him how inattentive he has been he doesn't apologize or even acknowledge every example I gave him. He actually acts as if he's annoyed. There have been only 3 times, including today, that I have not tipped a server. Not only is this person in the wrong industry he is also the reason I will never come back to this establishment. Btw the pizza is only substandard. If you want good pizza and you're in this area I recommend looking somewhere else....
Read moreI've always had nice experiences with the staff and my take out orders from this establishment. However last night was different. I ordered my burger requesting that the mayo and lettuce be held. I've never checked my order before leaving the restaurant in the past to confirm that there hasn't been any mistakes made and I've been supporting this business since 2009. When I got home, to my surprise my burger had heavy mayo. I immediately called and spoke with Finley Clark and told him I was there an hour ago and that my burger wasn't prepared correctly. Not offering an apology for the mistake, his response was bring it back for us to make it right. I went on to tell him that I would not be bringing the burger back because I was in for the night, nor would I be using my gas to come out of my way for a mistake not made by me. He again stated that the only way to make things right would be to return the burger because its company policy. I asked to speak with his manager and he replied that he was the manager on duty. I then asked him who does he report to and he told me the general manager, Don Bourgon. I provided Finley with my phone number and asked him to have Mr. Bourgon reach out to me. I would at least like an apology for the error, that would be fair...
Read moreRating solely based on customer service. The food is good. We get the wings. The ranch is great too.
I just left. I went inside to pick up a to go order. The man who seemed to be a manager (not sure, he was wearing a black polo with Nike check) looked at me waiting, didn’t acknowledge me and went on to do other stuff like I wasn’t standing there. Maybe he was dismissive because I was the only person there with a mask. Who knows. Anyways, after realizing he was legit ignoring me, I went up to him to tell him I was there to pick up a to go order. He said he was the person to get it. I knew it was ready because I called before I went in so I wouldn’t have to wait as my toddler was in the car crying with my husband as he does when either of us gets out (separation anxiety). Anyways he went on to take a table’s order, refill drinks and do random receipt stuff before asking how he could help me and the other lady who was waiting even though I’d already told him. By that time, another guy who was wearing a black tshirt had already gone to get my order. He saw me from across the restaurant and came to check on me. He’s the reason this is two stars and not one. Thanks other nicer guy for treating me like a...
