I ordered my food as suggested plenty of time beforehand.. like at 11:30 am for a 1:15 pm pickup. They didn’t start making my sandwiches until I got there at 1:12 pm.. and they had zero remorse for being so late about it. Yes, it is a busy location and yes, there is always a lunch rush but why should I order so much in advance, wait around the park for 30 minutes til its close to 1:15 and then essentially wait with everyone else who is ordering in real time? Really honestly made me unhappy with the entire experience, and felt like a lunch time wasted. Not worth it for the lack of respect for time.

The sandwiches in the end, were not living up to the hype. I’m not sure if it’s because I have actually eaten good food in my life or if I just have higher standards for a place that took the longest time to prepare my food.. but I’ve eaten better at Subway. Subway has sauces that actually have a flavor and they don’t push all the sandwich fillings to be concentrated right in the middle only, with NOTHING but bread as you approach the outer sections of the sandwich.

The pesto mayo and chipotle mayo just taste like mayo, which is disappointing. The pictured sandwich was a grilled chicken with pesto mayo. I was too disappointed to take a picture of the second sandwich which was roast beef with provolone, where all the provolone was stacked on top of each other so I had the pleasure of reassembling my sandwich so that my bites weren’t SIX provolone slices thick. YES SIX! I wish I took a picture because it was crazy.

You’re better off eating a sandwich at Panera that is close by for a quarter of the wait and...

Sandwiches are good, but nothing to rave about. I will at least say their options are creative and I haven’t seen options like they have anywhere else.

The kitchen staff was a little cold, but the young black woman who checked me out was very friendly. The selection of chips huge, holy moly. I decided to try a brand and flavor I’ve never had before. I got the Carolina Crunch Wrap, subbed grilled chicken with cajun breaded chicken.

$11 for a sandwich and a bag of chips (no drink) is about the standard for how much things cost now, so I have no complaints there. I would return, but probably not wait in a line...

EXTREMELY busy, so try and order online to beat the wait (literally will be a line out the door). I have ate here 3 times, and it has been great! The sandwiches are a huge portion. I usually get the tuna sandwich and this time I tried it on pumpernickel bread.... AMAZING. I do have to add salt and pepper to the tuna because there is not a lot of flavor but if that is my only issue I'll take it. If they could make a Online Order pickup area that is seperate of the in-person order, that would be great too because you do have to wait until the cashier up front can get to you after taking some...
